Great customer service, clean rooms, family friendly. Lots of food options in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at this location. Downside, they provide zero shuttle service. Not even to the Burbank airport, which is 10 minutes away. Also, we went there for Universal Studios which 20 minutes away due to traffic and again no shuttle service. Hotel of this caliber should provide at least shuttle service to the airport. Otherwise it was a great experience. Employees are great!

Arrived at the hotel with 2 kids one under 3. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very nice . I enjoyed having a microwave and a fridge, especially with kids. Overall good experience.

We could hear what I’m assuming was the water heater. Anytime we’d run the water or a guest next door it would get very loud. Then we kept hearing a rattling by the bed that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Also the carpet connecting to the bathroom had a ton of tacks poking out so we had to watch where we stepped going in and out of the restroom. The bartended was super cool though.

Older but clean enough hotel conveniently located for my business trip, my room was nicely renovated but the rest of the hotel did show it's age. The elevator was incredibly slow to the point that i would usually just take the stairs.

Fantastic staff, clean well appointed rooms. Easy, safe parking. Plenty of luggage trolleys. Sheets and towels were soft. We have decided this will be where we stay regularly when we visit this area due to cleanliness, safety, and great staff.

Hotel was over booked and we were placed on the back of the 1st floor near engineering and housekeeping. This is also the "pet friendly" area. As someone who suffers from asthma i prefer not to stay in pet friendly rooms. Additionally, i think that the if a hotel is foing to put people in pet friendly rooms due to iver booking the onus should be on the hotel, and in rhese cases hepa filters can help to mitigate.

Loved the location and parking availability. Room was spacious and neat. The only issue I had was with breakfast option. Breakfast selection was very minimal, expensive and service was damn slow. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and the staff was very polite and welcoming.

Check in was horrible. The guy at the front desk seemed to be totally not interested in his job lol. He avoided even looking at us while talking... Constantly staring at the TV behind the bar. I didn't think too much of it but then when his answers were rude and just not helpful.. it sort of ruined our check in experience. The bistro downstairs is overpriced and extremely busy. No room service not even able to order over phone for pick up. One of the elevators was broken Toilet was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. I would rather not get into the details The only plus was that the room was very spacious and hotel conveniently located near shopping hub and exit
