Some of the amenities are chargeable,and even the plates and cutleries . Disappointed

We were delighted to read that you were satisfied with your stay, however according to Dubai tourism classification, slipper is not available in three stars hotel, but a part of our hotel concept, it's available with additional charge, only you need to inform the Reception and the will send to your room.
