Luxurious resort where the staff can't do enough to help and make you feel welcome. Food is amazing in all restaurants. Would have liked some smaller breakfast options and coffee per cup is good but overpriced

Everything I like and I suggest to put lights along with street to walk at night and to put water air condition outside for the guest outside the restaurant to feel comfortable upon eating also to put watches and garbij everywhere

We stayed here 4days and let just say we fell in love with the place and will definitely come back to stay longer next time. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and it’s was our daughter birthday while staying there and they set up surprises to wish her happy birthday and present her with cake & presents. Everywhere we go they address us with our name, like they actually know who you are and very attentive to our needs.

Enjoyed our stay at this resort and its numerous public pools at the Ayana and Rimba. Plenty of staff around the amenities to attend to our needs. Encountered some hiccup during check in where it is "hotel policy" to have the name of booking to match the name of guests on their passport OR the concierge was just giving me a hard time. Do not quite understand the need for this given I have had no issues with other hotel check in in Bali with a different booking name. Thus, be sure to book under your passport name. In room food service was timely but somewhat inconsistent. For example, we ordered the same breakfast two days in a row and got different portions / quantity. We booked the Pool Access Room which compares unfavourably to another Pool Access Room at a different hotel, particularly when considered in the context of the large premium for such room that Rimba charges. I would probably go with the standard room next time depending on the high / low season of the travel.
