After i had paid for a suite when we arrived was told they had no suites available. After calling owner we were given a suite. Walking in it was in need of major repairs. Wall damage needed paint. Cabinets in really bad shape. Shower handle fell off in my hand and the whole faucet and shower head moved freely in the wall. Stains on sheets and towels that were supposedly clean. When asked for another room was denied. When requesting someone come fix the shower. It took 6 and a half hours for someone to come rig it up. Do not recommend this place at all.

This property should be condemned. The rooms are dirty, moldy and full of roaches. A horrid stench in the rooms. The pool, that shows open on expedia....is filled in with dirt. The beds are so old that you feel every spring, so you will get no sleep. Stay away.

There was really nothing to like. It reeked of smoke and had a roach infestation. Appliances looked like they had been purchased at a yard sale and noone bothered to clean up roach droppings. Needless to say, I ran for my life.

Terrible. No oven. Only 1 eye on stove worked after being moved 3 times! Used toothpaste in cabinets, empty liquor bottles and used toiletries. Smelled like mildew! Disgusting!

When we arrived they didn't have our reservation. Our itinerary listed 3pm check in but when we arrived at 4:30 they didn't have a room clean for us. We had to wait for them to clean one. It took almost an hour to check in. When we booked the place it said two bed with kitchenette and pool. The pool has been filled in. One of the two beds bed frame was broken. The ceiling was falling in in the bathroom, the floors were peeling up, the curtain track was torn up so it was difficult to keep the window covered. The shelves were all missing from the fridge and there were bugs in the kitchenette cabinets. We were told no pets or smoking on the property but it constantly smelled like weed and there was dog poop everywhere. The locks worked. And it was a place to sleep but we would certainly not go back.

the front desk staff was very polite and easy to talk to, the place is very quiet and tranquil, the room that was assigned to me was a non smoking but it smell like cigarettes the bathtub and the shower curtain was dirty, the toilet seat was to small for the toilet the sofa is all stain really bad and the bed was the worst of all , it was very uncomfortable you could feel the coils on your body 😳 😭

The front desk worker (maybe owner) would only talk to me since my name was on the reservation. We asked to see the room first (before paying), it was acceptable at first glance so we started carrying our stuff into the room. My husband was about to head to the office to pay when the front desk worker came to us and said we can’t occupy the room until we paid. My husband was already upset by his unwillingness to speak to him since he was a guest too. My husband was going to go pay and the front desk guy said only I could pay since my name was on reservation. I paid extra for a room with a kitchen. I’m glad we weren’t in a hurry in the morning because the stove did not work. The head maintenance man tried to help but was unsuccessful. He did give us his personal gas burner to use which was incredibly nice and did the job! I noticed a white dust in the bathroom. The ceiling was flaking probably from the steam of the shower. I literally got out of the shower and some fell right on my arm. There was a lot of rust around the ceiling fixture/fire sprinkler head. Also, An outlet beside the bed was not secure to the wall. We decided to check out after one evening before the next night when the bathroom ceiling seemed to be flaking more. We received 1/2 of our 2nd night rental back. If we didn’t need a kitchen (or paid extra for the kitchen) and the bathroom ceiling didn’t have issues, we might have stayed the 2nd night.

OMG 😳 absolutely disgusting I wouldn't even let my worst enemy stay here. Absolutely disgustingly dirty, roaches and the toilet seat oh my God not only did it not fit the toilet but look like someone dragged it across the parking lot upside down. Don't stay here unless you are filming a shady dirty film

I like to nothing about this property the room they booked me was filled with cockroaches it was by a dumpster with lots of trash the manager was unavailable I ended up sleeping in my car waiting to talk to someone to change the room when the reception is could have done it before she left stay away from this hotel

The hallway had a musty odor. Inside the room the stove top didn’t properly work. Later, I seen two roaches on the counter. The cooling system was very poor. The next day, the hallway smelled of marijuana and someone had placed their trash outside of the door..

Affordable Stay Lacking in Certain Areas but good
My stay was good. The hotel is very reasonably priced compared to other places. I had to wipe down the countertops and the fridge when I arrived and it looked like whoever was in the room before me left very recently and no one had a chance to tidy up yet. The housekeepers came everyday to deliver fresh towels and to take my trash which I very much appreciated.

Not sure if our room/experience was typical compared to earlier check-ins in the main/1st floor building. We were told that because they were "overbooked" we were "upgraded" to a suite for no additional charge. This was on the second floor of a secluded building toward the back of the property. No elevators/luggage carts. Entrance was on the end of the building. The suite had a kitchenette with water standing in the sink. Water on most of the carpet between the bed and window because the air conditioner unit apparently leaked, the shower was a high-stepover jacuzzi style tub, black mold on the tiles, the long/oval toilet bowl had a short/round seat/lid, and the hand towels were soiled. Also the Hotels.com listing says there are danishes and coffee...nope, and they seemed surprised when I informed them of this.

We arrived and sat in the lobby walking around for 40 minutes until the man decided to come help us. When we told him we've been waiting over 30 minutes he responds with "oh I know I've been watching you on camera!" We check in and go to our room, the building we were in had broken glass and food in the stairwell, the building was so hot you could barely breathe, the room had cabinets with doors falling off and already fallen off with the doors just sitting there broken off, mold all around the tub, no ac in the extea room with the bed. Horrible. Surprised this place still has customers more less even an option for any site to represent!!!
