Cleanliness an issue. Couch smelled of sweat/semen, shower area cleanliness was poor. Great location. Check in system needs work for those arriving out of hours. Only one key issued. Ridiculous surcharge on deposit especially as was not meant to be one on debit cards.

No 24hr Reception, very easy to lock yourself out. Lacks MANY things that you would expect from a hotel or any other apart-Hotel style accommodation. One's small towel per guest and no way to get more, especially after hours for example. The price was close to equivalent to those hotels. I recommend staying at the hotel and not here

The 2-Bedroom option was great for our longer stay, which would have been very cramped in a traditional hotel room. The unit was modern and everything worked, however the dishwasher filter has likely never been cleaned and emitted a putrid smell. We had to just avoid opening the door. Also beware that unlike a regular hotel, there is no regular housekeeping. It was limited to once per week, and the hotel would not supply us with cleaning materials to keep it tidy on our own. We had to go purchase a cleaning spray and cloths, which seems silly for the price we paid to stay here. Otherwise, the people at reception were as helpful as they could be, and they did send the cleaner back to redo some things that we pointed out. The location is great - walking distance to the CBD, Coles market, and the Museum and Art Gallery, South Side, etc.

Not enough bowls for 2 people. The worst costomer seevice ive evrer received. Took over an hour to do a late check in, nk support. Alarms going off throughout the first night. Not good sufficient blaintant warning of $200 secirity deposit until after booking was confirmed and any changes our booking became non refundable. No proper instruction how to access spas in other tower. No warnkng spas need to be booked to use them or instruction how to book them. Great facility became void as we xouldnt access!!! Ripped off! On the up side.... Gorgeous unit, great view, comfy bed, great water pressure.

The apartment was stark and missing SO many things! No dresser, no hangers, no facecloths, limited towels, limited dishes/pots, etc. Also, no wi-fi at all for the first 48 hours, then crappy wi-fi for the rest of the stay too!
