In each room you will find 2 pillows per person, hypoallergenic, 1 large soft pillow and 1 other smaller with memory foam. The hotel was on a good location, however the bar was closed on Saturday and Sunday… we were not informed in advance. We saw a pad of maps when we were checking out…realised we had been using the wrong tram stop.

Good modern hotel with wasy access to city centre
Great hotel for four nights in Bordeaux. Not in a particularly attractive area, but pretty quiet and very near to a tram stop for fast transfer to the old city centre and not far from the station. Good range of breakfast foods and great coffee. Bar area was pleasant. Bottles of water replaced every day in the chillers in the bedrooms. Beds comfy and bathrooms fine, very clean, although shower very slow sometimes. Bedroom lighting wasnt great if you have poor eyesight and you want to read. Staff could not have been more helpful, organising taxis etc. Efficient service at the bar and at breakfast. I'd reccommend for a group who need a lounge / bar area to hang out during their visit and quick access to all the attractions of the city. Wifi was good.

Happy as a clam!
The location of the hotel, relatively close to the main train station, was nice, and just a walk over a bridge to reach. It is nestled in a business park type area, that looked and felt clean and safe. The lobby of the hotel looked and smelled fantastic. Once we reached our room, we were very satisfied with the size and cleanliness. The only minute complaint is that the bathroom door made getting around a little acrobatic, but otherwise we would absolutely stay again.

It's a lovely hotel, and very close to the train station (which I why I chose it). The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern. I was working while there and the space was perfect for that.

Hotel is ok, was expecting much more from a 4 star hotel. Good things: - New hotel /Building - Service was really good (staff support was amazing) Things that can improve: - Website lists the hotel with parking, but parking available is not in the same building. I arrived by car and check in was complicated as I did not have a place to park the car and take the luggage out to do the check in) - Frigo in the room was broken (it was replaced when I communicated to the reception, but it should have been changed in advance) - Phone in the room was disconnected from the wall, no instructions in the phone to call reception, when connecting phone to the wall a weird noise started (phone prob needs repair) - Internet was very week and instable (I had to reconnect several times and sometimes during the night it was unavailable, my friend experienced the same problem with other devices).

Fantastic stopover for train station , leave station at hall 3 and just on the right , very comfortable sleep with lovely laundered bedding , spacious room , would definitely recommend and stay again , staff and service was excellent also... thanks Local Area is getting developed but once done will be superb.

No loo brush in bathroom and lack of minibar or room service. The room itself was pleasant. Advertised with a city view although the room itself didn’t deliver on this. Good location for short tram ride to city centre. Very close to train station.
