Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. There's no elevators, but the gentleman asked if I needed help with my bags. There's only like 12 steps so its not that bad. I will most definitely use them again!

I booked a queen bed for the two of us. When my husband signed in, we were given a room that was handicapped and right next to the desk. The hotel is old if though it is being remodeled it still looks old and smells old. Pool was closed. Hotel was just down the road from Subway and Subways dumpster was not far from the entrance to the hotel. Manager was nice but evening staff were loud.

They were really awesome about all my pets. Even made me a deal while we were there with the pet fee. The issues we had were either the room phones didnt work, or no one knew how to use them. So when i would leave, i had no way to contact my husband. He doesn't have a cell phone and we i called the hotel to transfer the call to the room, it either wasn't working or they didn't know how. Im thinking they weren't working because i also had to call the hotel from my cell phone because no one would answer the house phone. Also it was under construction so the pool was unavailable. And their breakfast was cheap great value junk food that they bought at Walmart. Needs improvement.

This hotel is old and in disrepair. I wanted a non smoking room. On my way to the room all i could smell was smoke in the hallway. At first my room smelled fine. About 20 min after i could smell the cigarette smoke in my room. I went down to the lobby and they did change my room and no problens with the second room. I went back up to get my bags and noticed that the room right next to mine was a smoking room. Why they have non smoking and smoking next to each other is crazy. One of the beds had cigarette burns on the sheets. And in the morning i realized my windows did not lock. I was on the first floor. It was a last minute reservation so i ended up paying a lot of money which was unfortunate.

Once we signed in and went to our room the air conditioner wouldn’t cool. The sheets were filthy(an understatement) should have been rewashed or thrown away before putting on bed. When we finally got the foreigner to understand our issues, they offered us a $10 refund. I laughed at him. He told us he didn’t have any available rooms to change us to for the night because of our issues. Within the next 2 hours we were offered a different room. Thankfully it was cleaner(somewhat) and cooler. We accepted it due to being up up almost 24 hours and much sleep was needed. When we checked out and I asked the manager about a refund of some sort, she laughed and stated that they gave us a different room and NO refund was needed. Will not recommend!

Breakfast was good.Lady kept it clean and replenished. Room was clean. Air worked well and it was 95 outside. When I checked in the man wasn't nearly as helpful as the lady on the second day.

It was false advertised on the internet beds are horrible felt like we were getting bitten by bugs limited dinning forsure . They forsure had BED BUGS room smelled like piss staffing was rude as hell. Do not come here may be cheap but isn’t worth the disrespect or getting eaten by bed bugs.

Our stay was good, the only things wrong was the pool was closed and when we asked for an extra pillow they didn't have any. Breakfast needed more items other then what they had. It was quite at night while sleeping. Room needed some updates and items fixed. But overall our stay was good.
