our experience with Regnum Villa
The villa is beautiful - it fits a big family of 10 because it has around 5 rooms which made our stay comfortable. However, there was several issues in the villa, one day the ac the other day is a water leakage and its so annoying to be on vacation enjoying your time on the pool and maintenance people coming every day to fix the problems. however, we were very patient and cooperative in order to fix all the issues. On top of that, after checking out, the owner of the villa wanted to split the bill of the leakage issue which is not something we are responsible off!! We are only renting this villa and if we broke anything such as furniture then i would pay it without even arguing but the water leakage in the villa is definitely not something that i should pay for when its internal issues that the owner is responsible for. So please whoever rents this villa again make sure you set your rules before paying or else they will rip you off by making you pay to fix internal issues in the villa.
