Thank you for your words of praise and support for our property and staff. However I am sorry to learn of your experience. This is a matter i will look into personally. Unless there was a breakdown of some sort with the IT systems, our Check-Ins are complimented for their ease and grace. I do apologise for your experience at the Pool which is intended to be a rooftop sanctuary for our guests. I will look into this immediately.
