My first time at this amazing hotel. Staff are all fantastic; room is beautiful; breakfast is best I have had in India (extensive selection of western and Indian). I requested a late check out due to late flight to Canada - so the manager (Mr Prasad) let me relax by the pool for the afternoon and I booked a spa treatment with (BiBi). Special thanks to the amazing staff which also included Shantu (front desk) and Jagan (fitness center). I HIGHLY recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Bangalore. Hotel room was little small but clean. Lobby and other common area were well lit and decorated. Wifi speed was good which made it easy to work and take zoom calls. Staff was accommodating. Overall I enjoyed staying at this location.

The property is nice and good location. The staff is very courteous. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The service in the food area is great, everyone was humble and prompt to serve the needs. I felt bit unwelcome during the checkin process. The checkin staff was not very friendly, it felt like I made a mistake booking the hotel.

Excellent hotel, stay, cleanliness, polite friendly helpful staff. So lots of good things. Except one: Staff need to learn not to treat guests with such levels of suspicion, I arrived at 2am, everything was good except when I asked about included breakfast. They said its not included. I showed them the hotels.com printout where it clearly says included breakfast. Staff started arguing with me about the wording and technicalities (they were still polite, mind). Then they said they'd look into it. Can I send them a soft copy? I sent them the soft copy at night itself, before going to bed. Next morning there were different staff at the counter and for whatever reason, the previous staff had not shared any details with them. So I had to have the same argument with them all over again. Why treat guests with so much suspicion Zuri - a guest is saying "I paid for breakfast"; Guest is showing you hard copy and soft copy. Case closed. Stop making the guest jump through hoops - clearly I am not trying to steal breakfast from you. Talk to your managers and sort it out. (Eventually I was allowed to have breakfast.)

Zuri is an excellent hotel with a fabulous location at great price. Amazing food, spacious rooms and excellent staffs. This is truly an under rated hotel. A must stay for business / leisure travellers. I would truly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Great hotel excluding the laundry service
If laundry service is important to you, please dont stay here. Otherwise it is a fantastic hotel, staff is excellent as is the food and service is first class. I stayed on business travel and my clothes were ironed improperly many times resulting in me having to iron them in the morning. Was a major irritant for me the fact that this didnt improve inspite of me giving regular feedback. I am a regular guest but this was a first for me. An important point nonetheless which made me think about whether I will stay here again.Apart from this point, I would rate it excellent.
