Excellent hotel, stay, cleanliness, polite friendly helpful staff. So lots of good things. Except one:
Staff need to learn not to treat guests with such levels of suspicion, I arrived at 2am, everything was good except when I asked about included breakfast. They said its not included. I showed them the hotels.com printout where it clearly says included breakfast. Staff started arguing with me about the wording and technicalities (they were still polite, mind). Then they said they'd look into it. Can I send them a soft copy?
I sent them the soft copy at night itself, before going to bed. Next morning there were different staff at the counter and for whatever reason, the previous staff had not shared any details with them. So I had to have the same argument with them all over again.
Why treat guests with so much suspicion Zuri - a guest is saying "I paid for breakfast"; Guest is showing you hard copy and soft copy. Case closed. Stop making the guest jump through hoops - clearly I am not trying to steal breakfast from you.
Talk to your managers and sort it out.
(Eventually I was allowed to have breakfast.)
