The hotel overall feels a bit dark but rooms have plenty of lightings. Room was big enough like pictures but pillows were very “tired”, the bed linen the same way, had a small hole on it but had a comfortable sleep. The worst was the shower, only slightly warm water and rain shower had was non functional and rusty. wifi and wired connections were good. Breakfast was normal. Some places to eat around but May not be the best .

i have been staying in this hotel from past 8 years. But haven't had chance from past 2 year after covid. This was first time after covide and the hotel quality has declined a lot. The room i stayed in, had broken chair, faulty water system, dirty sheets & no basic toilet article except a toothbrush & paste. The sofa was dirty and torn apart. The A/C control system was broken, except either keep it on or switch it off. overall was poor stay feeling this time.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Poor sanitation, poor breakfast, strong noize at night, not customer oriented stuff. I've booked and prepaid a hotel for 2 weeks, checked out after the first day with an explanation to the hotel employees of the reasons. They rejected to refund money for the stay which is 14 nights was just a "present" to them

The bed was not comfortable and pillows were very old and didn't give any support. I stayed at this hotel for over half a dozen times. I requested for two hours late check out which was declined. When I left my room at 12:00 noon, there was 5 vacated room waiting to be cleaned and there was nobody working on that floor to clean rooms. What was the logic denying late checkout to a repeat guest when nobody was going to clean my room for over next 3 hours???

Two-night stay
One of the reasons I chose the hotel was the 12hh00 check in, two hours earlier than most hotels. The rate was reasonable as well. The staff are helpful, but have very serious faces. Breakfast was not to my liking. The area looks dodgy, but was safe to walk at night. TV channels limited to local content. On the main, I had a good stay.

Hotel is at a good location and hotel is clean and nice. Staff are friendly. But lighting in rooms is a concern. Very dim yellow light thus very restricted visibility especially for elderly and children. Room layout and devor is great though. So pls look into the lights. Thanks

Need guest wifi
I have stayed at the Elanza several times as it is a reliable hotel. All was good this time except that they do not have guest wifi once you have checked out. I think that is a big issue. We all need wifi, all the time, even after checking out (maybe to get a cab on Uber as in my case). Suggest that they address this deficiency

Solid hotel
Clean well maintained hotel in a fun neighborhood in Bengaluru, not too far to MG Road/Chuch street. The wifi is good and the room was very nice with an excellent overhead shower. The soundproofing is good because I couldn't hear the road at all. The front desk provided as much bottle water as I asked for and the breakfast was reasonably good. My only complaint is that the lights and everything in the room was occupied by a bunch of weird buttons on the wall and nightstand. These were small and hard to read/find and sometimes I had a hard time turning on or off the lights.

Very good hotel in the middle of the city Little compact rooms but very tidy with all required facilities The photos on the website are a little misleading for the dimensions of the rooms and the hotel (I don't think that was intentional though) Food is good but could be turned to great easily. Lot of variety. Serving staff could be more attentive to customers needs without having to be requested for Over all great hotel to stay

I was in desperate situation as my previous hotel bookings in South India wr terrible. I thought it’s common for India hotels to be like that. Elanza hotel did a great job. I will definitely recommend this hotel. They have fast check-in/out, housekeeping cleans the room well, good food, fast service, fast internet. I am really thankful to this hotel.

Avoid this hotel
I booked this hotel on expedia. The terms and conditions do not mention that visitors are not allowed in the room. At the time of checking in, the hotel staff told me there are no visitors allowed in the night (which I understand) but are allowed in the daytime subject to ID proof. To my chagrin, the hotel did not allow my friend to come up in the daytime. They said visitors are not allowed and the night time staff did not know the rules or told incorrectly. While I understand the hotel's right to screen visitors to obviously weed any illegal activity, it was fully incomprehensible to see that legit visitors were not allowed. I had a friend as well as colleague visit me as I was there only for a day and it made sense to meet and work together. Though the premise always exists of meeting people outside, I was upset with the misinformation. I wouldnt have booked a room in the hotel otherwise. As a matter of principle I checked out after one day even though I had paid for 2 days. The hotel is not bothered about customer experience nor to use its common sense where applicable. I am now following up with Expedia for refund (due to misinformation or omission of details)

Excellent value for money and great staff!
Lovely clean hotel. Great selection for breakfast every morning and lovely food. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the porters greeting us on arrival, the staff on reception to the staff in the restaurant! Everyone of them were polite and always smiling especially Manesh in the restaurant. The beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will gladly return!

Restaurant Rowdies Disrupted Otherwise Great Stay
I enjoyed my nice room, the helpful staff, room service, and the food selections for both morning and evening meals in the restaurant. One issue I had was with the front desk staff not following through on my request to speak with a manager about a problem that took place while I was in the restaurant early one morning and a group of men (not hotel guests) started fighting. As the only other guest in the restaurant at the time, i quickly left my table, alerted the front desk, and went back up to my room. As the morning progressed, i had to make several trips to front desk to finally speak to a manager to make sure he knew what happened. As i shared with him about the incident in the restaurant: security should have been alerted much more quickly, the rowdy group dismissed from the restaurant, and the comfort of paying hotel guests taken into consideration. Other than saying, “Sorry, sir,” he did nothing to make amends for the incident. I hope he clarified with his staff what to do differently next time, should this happen again. The lack of a manager on duty before 10:30am may need to be reconsidered

Good stay but hotel doesn’t feel 4 star
I stayed here for 10 nights for business. The stay overall was very pleasant but the hotel is slightly dated and doesn’t feel particularly 4 star. Good things about the hotel: staff friendly with good service, shower was great with rain shower head, complimentary bottled water and complimentary breakfast. Not so good things: I wasn’t able to check in early meaning I had to sit in the lobby for 3+ hours after an overnight flight, some of the bedroom switches were connected incorrectly, e.g., the switch for ‘make my room’ actually turned the ‘laundry collection’ on. The room was on the 4th floor with quite a noisy generator above. Lastly, the bed itself wasn’t very comfortable.
