Excellent stay. Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable especially when our baggage was held up in the airport and even helped retrieve them from the airport. Great food, may be the breakfast menu could change daily instead of being monotonous. Our 3rd time at Taj Yeshwantpur as a family. Excellent hotel and keep it up. Thank you very much.

Excellent visit and stay! The staff is simply excellent - front desk, housekeeping, entrance. My flight was pretty early and I was prepared to hang around the lobby until the check in time, but they had the room ready already! Bit shout out to Swastika for facilitating the early check in. It was a smooth process. Clean and spacious room with very thoughtful layout. Enjoyed the stay and certainly hope to visit the city again. Like any big city the area is crowded, yet it was very easy to get Uber to get around. Some really nice places to eat!

Stayed here before boarding the flight for 3 nights. Usually our stay used to be at Courtyard by Marriott at Hebbal but wanted to try Taj this time as the rates were reasonable. Good location only because of metro within 150 metres. Staff were very polite except few reception staff who were ok. Poor breakfast options and the venue was very crowded. Staffed poorly also as we had to call or make moves to draw attention to our table if we wanted any hot food, stark contrast to Courtyard by Marriot. Though difficult to pinpoint, we could sense that staff were more attentive to foreign travellers or should have a male member at the breakfast table. What a pity?!

Location is ideal if you are one to travel by public transit, the metro is conveniently located in front of the hotel entrance, they interior of the hotel is beautiful including the garden/pool area. As for the Customer service it was ok ok , I have stayed in many hotels across India and this is for sure on the could use improvement side. My biggest complaint is the breakfast experience. There were long waits for the breakfast even though there were several empty tables. Once seated service was lacking !! Water was never served , wait staff were not attentive , food quality was subpar , you easily got the impression that the staff were not happy with their work environment. I noted one specific moment when a staff member in the kitchen was impatiently ringing the bell and giving the wait staff a hard time.

We had a pleasant two nights stay during the weekend. It was bustling busy during the breakfast hours to full potential. Really well managed during rush hours having an extensive breakfast lay. The pleasant and helpful staff really stands out. Would love to come back any day.

Do not stay here trust me. Worst service.
Starting off with welcome guest service. Was very rude during the check in. When asked about the breakfast included for the room. They still asked me to pay for breakfast saying it was the websites mistake. The front desk wont respond for any kind of room service. I had to call in several time for the room to be cleaned. I had to go all the way down to remind them. Over all i will never stay at the place. The workers act like they own the hotel. Any questions asked you will get a answer with an attitude.
