First: they gave us the worst room with noise from rooftop. Then: the 2nd room flooded. 3rd room: was ok but our stay was almost over. 4th: driver taking us to airport tried to extort toll charges even after receptionist confirmed price of transfer was inclusive.

Poor hotel
I have paid for King bed, but I end up getting only two single beds, they did even have the courtesy to inform, reception just gave it without any sorry. Shameless people. The bathroom is nasty, breakfast is not hot, Water clog in the breakfast basin.Overall the hotel is a mess. Avoid this place. Lastly, do not go by their photo which is fake.

Terrible bed, no water in the morning, TV did not work, calls in the middle of the night, they don't clean in the corners, it is run down. Probably the worst hotel I stayed in my life.

This is absolutely not a four star hotel. The bedsheets were old and yellow and had holes in them. The mattress was like sleeping in a hammock, and the outlets next to the bed didn’t work. I would put this hotel in the 2 star category. Won’t stay here again.

ONLY if you’re looking to stay near Bglr Airport!!
If you’re looking at something closer to Bglr airport and don’t wanna shell out 10k a night at Taj (next to the airport); this hotel promptly provides you that. But the problem is that it provides only that!! Promoximity from the airport; that’s the only positive. Let me tell you the negatives: - AC doesn’t work properly - Hot water in the bathroom is only available in the morning; if you’re in the mood to take a relaxing evening shower after a long day of work, you’re in for a cold shower - The rooms are very basic with hardy any accompaniments - Room service i.e. quality of food is really bad Check-in check-out were smooth, no real problems there. Breakfast spread was narrow but whatever was there tasted nice. Will think twice before booking this place again.

May be the day I check in wasnt a good day I think.....there where construction going on outside my room I guess....also the reception couldnt tell me properly that Airport Shuttle is FREE and ask me to PAY! Need a proper training to see what guests are entitled.....overall its ok and it was just a stopover stay.....hope things are good now

Very convenient and closer to the airport. I liked the location and it wasn't noisy. I could rest well. Restaurant was open most of the time. I enjoyed the food. On the first day, there was a slight delay in the restaurant to serve food as I arrived after 2.30pm. Restaurant staff was courteous. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay and dine. I will stay at this place if I visit Bangalore.

Definitely not a 4-Star Hotel!
Hotels.com rating this hotel as a 4-star hotel is extremely misleading. The room was mediocre and not very clean. The bathroom was tiny - switching on the shower meant drenching the whole bathroom in water! It is conveniently close to the airport and is fine for a short stay. Only saving grace was a delicious breakfast spread with plenty of yummy local food choices.

The hotel is at a distance and location where none of the cabs are willing to drop / pick. Checked-in late night and had a bad experience with the AC and water supply.

Construction next door meant noise into late evening. The hotel would lose power. Internet was spotty and staff do not speak good english, which is not an issue (if you're local). Most of the staff was polite although they do enjoy gossiping.

Bugged
there are bugs that have bitten my entire arm and back. First they gave me a room much smaller than the one that was booked. I was then moved upon insistence to another smelly room. The receptionist was extremely rude when I asked to show another room and change the dirty bed sheet. After hours of running around, room was finally allotted. I wish my woes ended there. In a efw minutes i found myself scratching all over with big bug bites on my arms back and legs. I immediately changed my hotel. Regenta Inn is not agreeing to cancel our booking.

The bed linen was dirty which caused my wife not to sleep in the bed. She slept on top of the bed with her clothes on as I did. The noise within the hotel was terrible. There was no double glazing therefore the noise from the road was deafening. We had no sleep whatsoever.

Very noisy room , not very good furniture, the photos and real rooms are different. Staff is ok but not very helpful. Kind of they don't care, restaurant is slow. Breakfast is average. I do not recommend if you are looking for more than 2 days , especially Wi-Fi is bad it connects only 1 device. Overall ok for location.
