Not happy with the property. They don't have a kitchen/restaurant in the hotel. We had to order every meal from swiggy or eat outside. They didn't even have a provision for tea/coffee (not everyone likes tea/coffee made in kettle). We booked a deluxe room, but room size was not upto the mark. They don't even provide hand towels.

It's a budget hotel with all the facilities they mention on site... But you will be disappointed if you care about hygiene.

A Nightmare
Horrible is an understatement for this hotel. The rooms are in very poor condition. Service is pathetic. Internet is very slow. Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Pathetic experience
Lot of sound from 5th floor with thomping of dance steps from parties going on there. No toiletries provided in the hotel. Pathetic room service , takes one hour to deliver anything plus dirty pathetic breakfast delivered to room. Tv remote non functional, not replaced despite asking for 3 consecutive days. Persistent smell of smoke in room.

Bad Place to even spend a night
Ver Disappointing place, no proper cleanliness . The linen wasn't clean and so was the bathroom. The hotel staff was very rude and refused to give breakfast even after Expedia called. I would nt recommend this place to anyone. There are better Hotels nearby . It used to be a nice hotel earlier but now has got corrupted.

far from the airport but convenient location
Hotel and staff are good but I think in terms of housekeeping it can be much better. Cleanliness is a cause of concern which I personally feel is important. Or else the room size is good. Housekeeping the bathroom which I think for most people is important was dirty and requires attention and concern.

Overall, it was ok except for minor issues (actually quite a few, considering it was a single stay) like: a) complimentary foot massage not easily available (for those short on time), b) invoice not being provided by hotel because it was booked thru' hotels.com (receipt for payment provided by hotels.com is different from invoice) and c) only one towel in the bathroom (no hand-towel) and that too was not replaced after cleaning

Good clean place; courteous staff and good food
I was travelling on personal work so wanted a place that was clean, easy to access and cheap; Octave met all these needs. appeared to be relatively new, clean room and sheets, good food; staff were very courteous and very helpful and went the extra step to ensure i was able to get help with power adaptors etc. as I was travelling from outside India. Only issue was with reservations, where they could not find the reservation on their system and although I had my print out, they took 45 mins to find it. Apparently they have 2 systems that don't integrate, and I think it is better to call hotel ahead and get them to sort this out

Budget hotel for one night stay
Booked online and expedia gave wrong information about facilities in Executive room. Discussed this at front desk of hotel and they upgraded us to Suite room after discussing with their MD and all. Thanks a lot for that. Stay was ok, nice suite room. Usual toiletries were not available but got on request. No one accompanied us to room and no one explained anything. We searched for gym a lot, in the morning. However since the initial experience was good, wish to say stay was satisfactory and based on price it was worth. Got a very cheap deal via expedia.

Excelllent stay!
I arrived on October 27, 2014 and stayed for 11 days. Arriving at dawn to the hotel , I was exhausted but was accommodated quickly. I enjoyed my stayed; ordered room service a couple of time and it was delicious. Thanks.

Worth the price
This hotel is located on the outskirts of Bangalore, has all the amenities required for a business trip. I only had a short stint with the hotel, less than a day, when I came for a business trip. The rooms were pristine, staff courteous, facilities good. I did not get to experience their bar and restaurant since I was there for about 7 hours and was busy the while time. I will repeat my stay with this hotel if I have to go back to Bangalore. Travel from airport to this place is 1.5-2 hours. Recommended.
