Hotel staff is VERY helpful. Also accommodated me on a billing issue that wasn't their problem but my own, but still helped me out. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. I also got the half-board and used it one night of my three: you choose items from a five course meal and it was excellent food.

Room needs fresh air as it smells mushy. Strangers wake you at random hours. Towels were missing and bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. Worst part … they don’t care as they will still earn due to location. Sad but will not stay at Ibis brand going forward.

The sheets were dirty, the TV didn’t work, the room was hot. When I called the reception or room service, no one picked up. Took multiple attempts to get someone on the line. The breakfast was quite sad too. Would definitely not stay there again.

The location is terrible. Coming from the airport one has to take a long route beyond the hotel and drive back or as my cab driver did rusk life and limb on the wrong side. The gate can only be reached through slush. The receptionist can’t cope with group arrivals and other guests get delayed. The bar service is very poor with inexperienced staff and poor attention to cleanliness

I like very much the cleanliness and pleasing services of your staffs. Provision of staircase /steps to walk up and down at least up to the lobby from the rooms is good for minimum physical exercise. All the best.

Bathrooms made of plastic of the size you get in an airport. Queen size bed is just a bigger single bed. Pathetic restaurant food. They send you wooden spoons and aluminium foil containers if you ask for room service. Even an oyo or a budget hotel is better. Location is next to a big traffic signal with major traffic jams so hard to get a ola/uber from there. Strictly avoid.

Staff are very helping and pleasing. Rooms are a bit small. Been told its a standard size worldwide. Room service trays lay outside for hrs. And overnite. I guess lack of supervision. Food in the restaurant is great. A single queensize bed strangely has two matresses which gets pulled apart during the sleep. Other than these overall stay and hotel are good. Good value for money. It is definitely a budget hotel.

Very cosy and comfortable hotel. Service stands out. We were impressed by the hotel staff especially Soubhagya who was very hospitable and very professional in his approach. Although the surrounding area around the hotel is not very good due to construction activity,once you are inside the hotel you come across good ambience and cosy feeling. Oveall a good place to stay.
