"hotel was great, but the surroundings were not as much. we walked to the art museum and had to look down at the sidewalk so we don't step on feces or urine left by the multiple unhoused people in the area. staff were always welcoming. Valet was great and on time when he come to the lobby . Olive in the dining room was attentive and helpful. love the warm breakfast provided"

"It's difficult to find parking that a hotel won't charge you for. Some going as high as $75 per day. This one had it included within the property. That was great. The room was nicely set up and even gave me ideas for my own small studio. Nice & clean with a good a/c. Will go back next time."
