The hotel was a great surprised to us because we had never been here before. The setting is unbelievably gorgeous overlooking the Alps and the staff was very kind and very helpful. We enjoyed it gourmet meal and extensive breakfast.

Extremely Clean property. The room was immaculate. Great Mountain View’s. The front desk staff where very helpful. Nikki went above and beyond to explain the surrounding area. Offering insights on hiking trails, Wines, food etc. Making sure we had everything we needed.

this was one of our most outstanding stays in Italy.Wonderfull 380 year old mansion with period furnishing. and great views. The restaurant was outstanding fantastic food and service. Must recommend the charming waiters

Great location and views are amazing, hotel needs an upkeep to return to previous standards. The staff running the hotel, cannot do enough for your comfort: but it’s the rooms that needs some comfort and updating.

This is a fully restored 16th century villa, up on a hill above Belluno. It’s a beautiful hotel, the breakfast is excellent, and the bed very comfortable. We would recommend this place.

A superb stay. The room was large and spacious, the dinner was particularly good, and the breakfast too was very good. Very pleasant and helpful staff and a very interesting building in a good location. We only stayed one night but will certainly go back.
