Very clean and updated all around the inside. Friendly staff helpful as well and always responded when we needed anything which wasn’t much lol love the valet parking and it’s close the highway a small shopping center in front of the hotel and plenty of places to eat and you can walk to a lot of them.

We had an excellent stay at the Bicycle Casino. The peoperty was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful The room was spacious and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Los Angeles.

The staff and service were nonexistent! The front service staff named Anthony was extremely rude and showed me how little he knows about customer service! I’m extremely disappointed and would never return to this hotel again..:

I had an issue with my stay and when I made my complaint to the staff the office manager tried to imply that I was lieing about the issue and it took me the last few days of my stay trying to sort it out which ruined my vacation. It was eventually fixed but I will not recommend this facility or be returning on my next trip.

Everything was cool except the experience that happened at the casino. We were asked by a worker there if we wanted a players' club card because you could get free casino chips. When he conferred with another worker we were told it was just for Asians. Felt a little racist. If there is a promotion it should be for everyone regardless of race. It felt like an all-white water fountain in the 60's. Not a good look or feeling.

The check in process was smooth, the room was just as described. The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious. I just wish that the room had a microwave. The valet staff was friendly, and fast. Alberto’s Taco’s around the corner has amazing burritos by the way.
