A wonderful and lovely hotel. Very central and cozy. The best part of the experience was ENRIC the reception manger, what a wonderful professional service from his part. If I had a hotel, I would hire Enric as a director. Wonderful customer service, smiling and positive and always helpful. ENRIC 5 star service. Juliana, what a lovely reception service, although new she did a marvellous service. The staff at the bar, Samir and the Brasilian waiter, what an enjoyment of a pair. Made my experience wonderful for me and my family. Totally recommend this hotel, small and unique. Costumer service highly excellent

The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the city the streets are very clean the Metro is literally on the corner surrounded by cafe bars and beautiful shops great if your a real shopaholic! The rooms were luxurious, the bed was very comfortable and the food was great. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here we had an amazing time.

Best thing about this property is the location and secondly the stupendous staff from manager to cleaner, everybody is super friendly, helpful and efficient . Don't expect the Madarin Oriental facilities when booking the Murmuri, but you;d have a comfortable , pleasant stay, and when problems arise, the staff would do everything to assist and accommodate. That is a 5 star hotel
