Staff was very nice and polite, 5 minutes walking distance from the train station, in 30 minutes you were in Fira Station, Barcelona. Only issue was the shower head that was loose and falling, everything else was good.

On second morning we woke up to find cockroachs on the floor. The hotel are blaming their local council. The hotel don't seem to have the sense to refund anything. I wouldn't stay in that hotel ever again. Beware. Incident was reported to Expedia. Very disappointed.

Perfect hotel for our overnight stay after arriving in Barcelona and the. driving to San Sebastián next morning. Nice large modern room and very helpful reception. Breakfast was also very good

Very nice stay. Staff very professional and accommodating. Comfortable temperature in room with very hot summer conditions outside. Clean property. Many small restaurants and supermarkets within a minute or so walk.

Nice up to date hotel, parking is in a secure location over the road. Very tight access, difficult in a transit van. Breakfast was good, staff were great. Only criticism is the room smelt of stale smoke. That said it was a good size and dinner was delivered.

This is a nice boutique hotel near Barcelona. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast is fine for the price but is a 3 star hotel breakfast not 4 stars with Spanish standard. The pool area is nice and private . I wish they could offer parking as it is a little challenge to find parking in the nearby streets. You need at least 10 to 20 minutes to search and wait to find a free space . I will go back there again .

The door to my room was extremely difficult to open. It appears that the door has warped requiring that the guest has to push down with significant force on the door for it to open.

As we had a car we used the Bristol as a base for our weekend at the Catalunya MotoGP and found it to be a fantastic place to stay. The room was excellent - roomy, very nice decor,extremely clean and tidy and with a lovely bathroom, perfect wi-if and a great selection of TV channels on the TV. The hotel staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was extremely modern and very well located 30 mins ( easy ) drive outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre ( Barcelona ) in a lovely quiet area populated more by 'locals' . It was a very relaxing place to stay and all of the nearby restaurants/bars were very close, very friendly and traditional as 95% of the clientele are ,and very reasonably priced.

Great hotel, Lovely rooms and a nice pool
Considering you can pay whenever you want this is a great hotel. The pool is great with nice sun beds and the rooms are really clean and good looking. Trains into town are cheap, you can buy 1 ticket for 10 journeys usable by up to 5 people. The staff at the desk speak English and room service is good. I would recommend it for the price if your willing to travel about 30 mins into town.

Arrived very late with pet - which they weren't aware of despite being informed when booking. Facilities clean. Staff helpful. Quiet neighbourhood. Nice patisserie nearby for breakfast. Tricky to find without SatNav, though, and Barcelona's road network can be confusing.

I feel bad but i have to not give a good review of this hotel. I put in Barcelona into hotel.com and this hotel came up as 9.3 km from the city center ( unbeknownst to me not Barcelona city center so can only blame myself and a little on hotels.com) 112 euro a night and travel time into Barcelona was about 1.5 hours. Last train was 00 not much use to us so taxis every night at 35 euro. On the 2nd day of our stay we had no hot water for showers had to call reception twice then eventually went down to front desk this was 1 hour after we first told them about the no water. No apologies and they did not try to keep us informed on the situation it was like we were just ignored we wasted 2 hours waiting around and in the end had cold showers. Really bad customer service terrible waste of our time especially as it takes so long to get to Barcelona. We will never stay here again and I won't be using hotels.com

Todo perfecto, recibimiento, habitación, Sobre todo limpieza, que es lo que más valoro y el trato de los chicos/as de recepción, sin duda volveré porque estuve súper a gusto, así da gusto ir de hotel, y por la mañana en la piscina lo más!!!!!
