Stayed at this hotel during the weekend when Suga was holding his concert there. The lobby and the morning buffet area was decorated with Suga's display. The effort the Novotel team had and made a lot of ARMYs felt very welcomed, myself included. Hotel is of walking distance to all exhibition halls and concert venues. Complimentary breakfast also have a wide variety of food to choose from. It takes about 20 minutes to DMK Airport by car. Just that to travel to the City Center (Siam/Pratunam) area takes a little longer and not much public transport nearby but grab is convenient as a backup.

Had such a pleasant and lovely stay at Novotel. It felt so good coming back to the place after a long day out. There are plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance and there were a lot of options for Grab even if it’s further away from Siam. I would stay here again!

Great hotel accessible to Impact Convention Centre
I checked in Room 723 on 26 October 2022. I was very thankful for the generosity of the front office lady who checked me in, offering a 2.00pm late check-out without me requesting. Great location if you accessing IMPACT Convention and Exhibition Centre. Overall stay was great, except I think there could be more selection in the buffet breakfast spread.

Nice stay with excellent service
Reception was very courteous and warm. When I request for a late checkout, response was an immediate YES. When i left lobby to board taxi for airport, duty manager came out of her counter to say goodbye. Super good experience with the warm hospitality of staff. A very pleasant hotel stay!

Mediocre Novotel
We reserved executive room, but our room was anything but executive - not even a table in the room, just a bed and a chair. The room was at the very end of long corridor and other rooms on the way there were looking much better... When we asked to move us to executive room, we were told that we already have it. In addition, we were told that we could use Proper lounge, but it is closed because of Covid - pity excuse because everything else was opened. We even had to request pods for coffee machine, which was the only "executive" perk during our 6 days there. In addition, advertised swimming pool was in neighboring building, inside and at 1st floor - why not on the fresh air? Will never stay in this hotel.

Ok, hotel. It’s kind of pricey but, I guess that’s because of the location. I went to see some fights at the arena and I could walk there. Plenty of food places easily walked to, too. Average room, decently clean, front desk staff were very nice.
