Clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and even had gluten free bread and pancakes upon request which was appreciated. Pool area could have been better but otherwise a great stay, close by the station too!

This is one of the hotel in Bkk that I discover and stay there for 4 times so far. The hotel is not locate in one of the tourist spots. But once you know how to get around, it is very convenient. I love all the hotel staffs, they were all helpful and nice. The room attendant is definitely precious. She did my room spotlessly every day with a big smile. Room amenities is also great. I stay in numerous hotel in Bangkok and this is my new favorite.

Clean, warm staff and good room size. Grab or Taxi was my original plan of my booking because location not near shopping mall and BTS station was realized before, so the room price is acceptable and good value for us. However, a bible was found and sleeping was not well for 2-nights stay. Hope there was no special things happened in the room before.

The staff was always available and very attentive. The location is centralized between the airport and the mall areas/temples. It's a great place to stay if you can.

This is now my favourite hotel. I stayed in a premium suite. Everyday was a pleasure I wish I stayed longer. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The hotel is excellent

A very good stay and extended 3 times. Staffs are accommodating and the room attendant did an excellent job. Overall, it a nice hotel and once you get used to the location, it’s actually quite convenient. Already booked for another stay next month.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved having the metro nearby. The pool was nice for the kids and the gym facilities were beautiful. It was a perfect set up for a family with 2 bedrooms/2 baths.

Good place and very comfortable. Improvements: there’s a bath but no bath salts etc provided. I’m not sure what my VIP Access benefits were if any. Kept clearing away my breakfast dishes and coffee with stuff still on it when I got up, even though I still had personal items clearly on the table. A shuttle to a shopping mall or something would be helpful.

The water pressure in the bathroom is very strong and the hot water heats up quickly so you don’t have to wait. It’s great.

Service was impeccable and the room was spectacular. The staff helped at literally every step of the way and even offered services proactively. Did not eat or drink there as even breakfast seemed overpriced but otherwise a great experience.

It's too perfect! Staying here is soooo comfortable you may not want to venture out in the heat. Bedrooms are faultless and the bathrooms are luxurious. Great pool, superior gym, superb massage suite and RELAXATION with happy hour cocktails. Central to lots of transport including the river bus and metro. EXCEPTIONAL STAFF..

My friend and I were very happy with the Lancaster hotel in all regards! The staff was incredibly helpful. The food was amazing and delicious! Lovely breakfast selection if you’re debating about getting it! Best room service ever! See pic! Our room was lovely and had a tub and walk- in shower. The spa was a delightful experience— they know what they’re doing for massages! The location of the hotel is great, not in the center of the action. You can still walk to many places but if you want see temples and get to floating markets etc, you’ll want to use grab app. Highly recommend :) You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy!

Our flight landed in Bangkok at 7:30AM, and the staff was very accommodating for early check in. We only had to wait for an hour before our room was ready. While we wait, we were able to go to the pool on the roof to enjoy the view from there. We then were told we got upgraded with our room

I paid for the upgrade which was a huge mistake. Should have kept my prime suite. The sky garden suite the noise from the aircon is really loud. Off it to be able to sleep. Maintence guy was helpful. Sky garden suit should never be sold if it is so loud. I understand all room is this loud so zero chance i will returned to this hotel. Aircon sounded like you were sleeping next to an engine room. Frustrating. Breakfast time the joke was the manager or supervisor asked for my room number then could not find it . After a while she say oh you paid for breakfast. It is a 1st for me to experience this. 5 stars to room cleaning team, maintenence guy and check on and check out staff. Room 1122 reject and asked for another room. do not stay in it unless you can sleep next to such a loud aircon. I am not trying out the other room so nope no way will returned.
