It was pleasant stay. Sure there are wooden panels on the toilet door that are chipping, and the kettle leaked after 2 days of usage, but hey, we're not for the door panel, and the kettle was changed immediately after feedback. What else can we ask for? The staff was friendly and patient, extremely helpful. Good experience.

Convenient and comfortable.
The hotel has been recently renovated and is in good condition. The air conditioner in the room is old so it took a while for the room to cool down. The hotel was in a convenient location for our needs and the staff was friendly.

Very good hotel near Rajamangala Stadium
I'm surprised at the relatively low rating this hotel receives. The location isn't for anyone wanting to be in Central Bangkok but I'd highly recommend it to anyone attending an event at Rajamangala Stadium or any nearby sporting facilities. Rooms were a decent size and comfortable with good bathrooms. Aircon wasa little slow in cooling the room but it was fine after being on for a while. Wifi was below average in our rooms. The pool was good; it even had a proper deep end which is quite unusual in hotel pools these days, and ther's a nice Sky Bar overlooking the Stadium, though don't expect a free view of anything as there's a building obscuring the pitch/stage. I would stay again if I need to be in that part of Bangkok but would give the breakfast a miss next time as it wasn't particularly good and it was hard to get a table with the hordes of Chinese!

Staff very helpful. Hotel a bit worn. Rooms clean but restaurant windows very dirty & lampshades broken. Sky bar great place but again just needed a lick of paint on a couple of walls. Great location for university & sport complex

Great staff, sky bar was a welcomed venue for me to read/study while in Bangkok. BIPH was the perfect place for me while attending a nearby conference but it isn’t located near tourist sites. I will go back to BIPH the next time I’m visiting Bangkok.

The wifi was terrible. We checked into the room the bathroom floor was getting wet from a leaky hose figured the housekeeper would call and get the leak fixed after 3 days I told the front desk who got it fixed

Nice and generally Clean. Little variety or interest in the breakfast buffet. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Comfortable without being great. Would recommend as a budget stay, however is not close to much and the spend on taxi fare can be large. Rooms are beginning to look tired and worn.

Ok hotel but there r many better ones for less
Hotel is under renovation which is badly needed. The breakfast buffet is very low quality. Front staff do not enjoy being helpful and are sulky. They will also charge u 500 baht for a lost key card. They are deeply suspicious of all their guests. They are not friendly or helpful. This is a good 1.5 hrs from central bangkok in good traffic and even if u need to be in this area I recommend u choose a diffrrent hotel. Thompson residence is better located next door to main shopping area and just as affordable.

On a busy street in a nice neighborhood. Near my daughter's school. Walking distance from plenty of street food. Nice room, but construction is going on. Had a Boutique Room and was comfy and clean.

Quite alright at its price.
They have just renovated the rooms, thus those rooms are clean, nice and new. My deluxe twin room came with balcony but it was just with Air-Con outdoor units, so not suitable to be used. Staffs are nice and friendly and always willing to serve. The complementary breakfast buffet was boring after 2 days, because it kept repeating the same time everyday. But overall, everything was good enough for its price. Plus point is that it is in Local's area, so everything, such as food, clothes, family massage, around is cheap. It is a-must-to-try Grilled Fish and Night Market in front of the national stadium, near the hotel, at night. Minus point is that it is quite far from the Foreigners' area.

My stay was ok considering the cost of the room. You better off staying in the upper floors...I was on the 12 floor which is considered a boutique floor/room. Buffet Breakfast and it is not good. Be ready to eat rice or white bread in the morning. By the way, the hotel is filled with Chinese tourist and restaurant is filled with Chinese tourist for breakfast as well. Lots of crowds and noisy. A lot of restaurant around the hotel opens up in the evening...nothing classy just local restaurant. Well, you get what you paid for. My advice is pay for one day and see if it meets up to your taste.

Wifi is only available for 1 device/1 person. Could not detect wifi on certain day, or there isnt any sign in window. Breakfast choices quite limited, but for such room price, it is reasonable. Will stay here again

Good Hotel but plain breakfast
We were there for 4 days 3 nights since hubby and I was there for Liverpool football match against the Thailand national team.The Raja Mangala stadium was exactly 3 mins walk from the hotel.So for any of you are there for any events at the stadium, i highly recommend you to stay here .Overall was ok but breakfast was plain ,traffic in Thailand is horrible and majority of the locals speaks little of English which frustrates me the most.Nearby hotel has a lot of cute and cheap cafes..you should walk to the left from the hotel,along the road..and explore the cafes. My advise is to download translation apps in your phone, maybe that would help.:p

Close to the university so for me the location was perfect, however the pool area was closed for repairs and that was a bit of a shame , would have liked to know that before booking , Bangkok is very hot now :) .

라자망갈라 BTS 콘서트때문에 예약했었는데요~ 라자망갈라에서 콘서트보시는분이라면 이만한 위치 절대없습니다!!! 공연장 바로 앞이고, 공연장 입장하는 4번 게이트까지는 도보로 천천히 가도 10분이면 갔어요. 편의점도 길건너 바로 있구요. 다만... 화장실 배수가 잘 안되고요. 조식은 3성급 호텔 딱 그수준입니다.
