A very good budget hotel for a short period stay. The balcony is a bit misleading though. It wasn’t really a balcony. You also have to inform them that you need housekeeping or else they wouldn’t clean your room at all. The staff was very friendly though and they had essential goodies sold in the lobby. They also sell beer 24 hours so I liked that. The heater doesn’t work so well but we managed with the water temperature. Their TV has Netflix so that’s also a plus if you like to watch movies during your stay.

Okay hotel
I liked the location in regards to the proximity to government offices in Chaeng Wattana. Room was comfortable, but shower was not cleaned so well. Service was average at best. Many times we asked for things and never got the service after they said it would be brought by later.

Convenient. Near Don Mueang airport.
It’s near the airport and it’s decent. It’s good for a one night’s stay due to its proximity to Don Mueang airport. Clean and semi-friendly staff. 3.5 out of 5 stars for me.

First of all, I love the cleanliness and very good scent of the room. Receptions and staff are very helpful and friendly. Food in the dining was good as well. Although, there was false fire alarm at around 3AM, they made sure that all was well and apologized for the inconvenience. It’s understandable as there was a notice (saw before checking out) in front of the elevator that “due to new fire alarm installation in every floor, alarm might go off from time to time. There’s also 7-ELEVEN 2-3 mins walk near the hotel. All in all it’s very comfy to stay for a day or two.

The attached cafe for morning coffee was terrible- the coffee was terrible and the server was unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay but nothing more. It is noisy with people coming and going at all times. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. It was a bare basic minimum night stop hotel.

A basic, clean, no frills hotel in fairly close proximity to Don Mueang Airport. A 7-11, a small market and a few restaurants serving Thai Food within walking distance. Rooms have TV, kettle and A/C.

Not what I was expecting. The "free breakfast" was only toast. The airport transfers cost money. No toilet paper given in rooms either. Also, the bed was hard as a rock!

Always use this hotel when I fly from Don Muang. Useful stopover hotel for my internal flights from Don Muang. Good shuttle sevice to the airport. Friendly staff and peaceful location.

For a layover, worked just fine. Small room that seemed like it might have once been a storage unit, but everything worked and we were just there to sleep for a couple hours. They picked us up from the airport and took us back for free. Pick up is free you just have to call when you arrive, and they have a couple set times in the morning for transport back to DMK. Other times they will still take you, but there is a fee.

It was nice to pull up in an airport shuttle we pre arranged with them for our arrival at airport around 8 pm , they met us outside where we were waiting with our party of 7 with 10 pieces of luggage and 7 backpacks, pulled up to side street of hotel was easy to get all our stuff into the lobby up a ramp into Air conditioning. they stored most of our luggage in a room for the night so we didn't have to take it all up to the room which was very convenient since we only stayed overnight and were taking 2 taxis to catch a bus to southern Thailand. The beds were 2 kings per room, we had 2 rooms which was good for us, yet the bathroom was not the greatest for $40 per night per room, old and caulking was ugly and dirty, we didn't use the bath tub or shower, it was nice to have free cold water in the refrigerator but it would have been nice to come into the room with it being cool instead of being like an oven until the room A/C was on for almost 30 minutes. After little sleep and a 3 hr flight and 5 kids to take care of that was something we would have appreciated. By 11 pm we were finally going to try and go to sleep for a few hours only as our bus was departing the next morning at 6:30 am for 7-8 hr trip, when we kept hearing a beeping sound. I thought it was the housekeeper that was making noise cleaning soooo late in the same hallway on our floor, but it wasn't , instead it was something no-one could apparently do anything about, it was the exit sign in the hallway not rec.

Very bad experience ever. Hotel is 1 hour by shuttle in day time. if no traffic then 45 minutes. No english channels on tv. Aircon is super weak. They provide free shuttle for both ways. Rating for hotel is wrong. it is supposed to be 2/5. i wanted to stay more days but once i reach there and saw everything,i checked out next day. Receptionist is good. wifi is weak. My rating is based mainly on location, no english channel, weak wifi and weak aircon.

Stayed in April but reviewing on 13- 10- 2017. I was searching 48 ville hotel donmuang just to confirm the hotel pictures and price are same as i stayed yes, it is same as i stayed. Nice hotel. very comfortable, clean room with veranda. Overall nice stay. but in the restaurant of the hotel, i ate noodles, there were a small boiled cockroach in the noodles. !!!!YAAAK!!!!

The booking site shows information, as 3 Twin Beds 377-sq-foot (35-sq-meter) room with a balcony, but when I measured it as at most 28sqm instead, and balcony wasn't existing. "Free toiletries" contains only shower cap. Soap dispenser, and shampoo dispenser are installed on the bath room wall, that's all. Location is not really convenient to get city centre and I needed to get taxi to reach "Mochit" to get BTS. Windows are located end of short corridor, which is facing 1m to external wall of another wing and dark, which gives me an impression like a jail. I don't recommend the hotel for business users. not worth.

Hotel is in coveninent location to airport (about 20-30 mins taxi ride). However wifi in room is not good at all, despite routers. If you need strong wifi, head to the lobby and ask them for their office wifi. Room is clean, and does the job for one or two nights. Nearest mrt is 100 baht taxi ride. Not much in the area apart from a shopping complex which is a 20 min walk. Hotel claim their restaurant is open 24 hours but closes about 11-12 pm, so don't arrive from a late flight and depend on the hotel for food!

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. Found it very clean and comfortable. The rooms are reasonably priced. Just a bit far from any massage place. For that you will need to take a 30 min uber ride.

Quiet and close to Don Muang Airport
I always use this hotel because I always fly to another city in Thailand from Don Muang. The staff are always helpful and its quiet and out of the way if you don't want to stay in central Bangkok. They also have free transportation to Suvarnabhumi international airport at certain hours. Reasonably priced.

I have stayed 4 times and I will return again.
Only negative experience was a broken water heater (shower) that I'm sure has been fixed. Food is good and service to Don Muang airport is excellent.

Good transit hotel near DMK airport
Clean hotel about 20 minutes away from DMK airport (NOT Bangkok's most often used airport BKK!). Restaurant open 24 hours with good food, free ride to airport provided nearly hourly. Very convenient for transit or odd hour flights to/from DMK airport.

Non functional service. Any request you put forth, the answer is SORRY SIR, CAN'T DO. Rooms were crudely renovated and feels like a Lodge rather than a hotel. Breakfast for vegetarians is plain toasted bread n butter.
