Booking & Transfer
We stayed in Tebu Hotel for 2 nights in early March. Made a booking through Expedia and emailed to Willson Hospitality for airport transfer arrangement prior our visit. My email was replied the following day both by Willson Hospitality and Tebu Hotel. We arrived in Bandung on Wednesday late morning and Tebu Hotel staff was already there to pick us up.
Reception & Checking-In
The reception area is located on the first floor (1 floor up from ground level) and at the other end from hotel entrance. Therefore, you won’t be seeing reception area upon your arrival. However, they do have security guards at the entrance who are always ready to direct you to where to head to. We reached the hotel around 12noon and the checking in was fast, with no hassle.
The Room
We booked for a standard room. The size is quite ok, not too small. The bed is good. The bathroom worked well. And the place is clean. We were given a room on the 7th floor. The view is nice. Wi-fi is also provided. It was fast and we have no problem accessing to the internet.
Breakfast
Breakfast was simple yet satisfactory, mostly Indonesian cuisine but was nice. For the price that I paid for the stay...breakfast is like a complimentary, it was good. The restaurant is simple and pleasant.
