Wether you are traveling solo couple or with family this hotel offers peace and tranquillity within walking distance to Urttoda Beach, the staff everytime you meet them they great you with a smile Avinash the chef that prepare breakfast I asked him how do you make Chai Masala he took me to the kitchen and showed me all the ingredients and how to make Perfect Indian chai, Rohan and Rohit the housekeepers with the rest of the team they are trying very hard to make sure that every guest have comfortable nice stay, If I ever go back to Goa I will choose this Hotel. Very good place. Clean. Just 2 min by bike from the beach. Only negative is that there are not too many restaurants super near- but the one next door is pretty good

Cancelled oyr 15 night sray wirhout any prior notice because of wedding arrived 2am with no where to stay eventually had to pay double for 1 night then room was appalling

Cheated!
- I had pre-paid for the room, yet they told me I had not paid and asked me to pay!! They showed me some app that said payment pending and made me pay INR 2500/- - Since I was with my entire family for a huge wedding function I did not want to create a issue so I paid up. - When I came back and checked my records to double check, sure enough I had been cheated and double charged!! Now I called the hotel to ask for a refund but no one is picking up the phone for me to even talk to get this money back!! - I feel very cheated. - I thought that booking through Hotels site would ensure me safety from such mal-practices with you only hosting credible places, but clearly not!

Fantastic find and great price!
After a bad experience in a Candolim Air Bnb we were left 'homeless' in Goa. After stumbling across this little hotel with a fab price we decided to risk it and book - what a fantastic decision!! None of the group had heard of Utorda but with only a 25 minute drive to the airport it's a very convenient location. We booked the same day as arrival and everything was handled smoothly and quickly by the staff. We were all a little apprehensive after our first experience in north Goa but this hotel was a piece of paradise compared to the craziness in Candolim (no horns, people hassling you for tattoos or traffic) it was wonderful. The staff were so accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. They arranged laundry for us and even walked us to the local taxi business in the dark. Our rooms were spotless and was the only hotel I have stayed at in India which provided a hand towel, decent shower gel and hot water! I have been travelling in India for a month so this was a luxury but for the same price as other 'hotels'. The local people are really friendly and we found a fantastic restaurant on the beach which provided the most gorgeous seafood. Everyone needs to go to Zeebop and order red snapper. The location was a little secluded and quiet but we were visiting outside of tourist season so maybe more lively at other times. The only slight issues we had were with the Wi-Fi but this was due to power cuts outside of the hotels control. The pool also needs a clean.
