"We don’t mind cheap and cheerful but this was cheap without the cheerful. Only booked it for it’s proximity to the ferry, but we made a mistake. The room was dirty, the bathroom sink was coming off the wall and had no hot water, the ‘Hotel’ sign outside our window was flashing all night, the balcony ..."

"This is a very nicely maintained hotel with excellent staff. The staff was extremely helpful-they even had someone accompany us with the luggage to the ferry port.
