The hotel is very large and in a great spot for what we needed away from the hussle of busier areas like Legion & Kuta. The Nusa Dua area is so clean, people are not pushy and amazing beach. The gardens are relaxing with cheeky squirrels and monitors. The only negative was the main pool bar was very slow or forgot our orders. Was also hard to get their attention as didn't wander to see if anyone wanted a drink. The hotel room was a little outdated with some peeling paint,rust etc but still a lovely room. Will visit again.

Beautiful design hotel with hugh property. Rooms and some areas need to be concerned and upgraded. Linens and towels are ages. Drawers, telephone, tables in my room were not clean. I love this hotel, but can't recommend to my friends because there are few areas need to be fixed and cleaned.

It's an okay property, it is a traditional Balinese style resort, so don't expect new modern styling, having said that, the resort is still good. It's beach facing, there are two pools, one inside the property and another infinity pool next to the beach bar and beach. Plenty of day beds and sun loungers, happy hour cocktails. Our room had problem, so they upgraded us to yheor club resort (Ayodya Palace) so that was good. Staff is amazing and very helpful all throughout the resort

Loved the character of the property, felt cultural and being surrounded by the tropical gardens and wildlife was wonderful and made me feel relaxed. The service at the beach wasn’t very good. Seemed the staff would reluctantly take your order once told by someone to do so otherwise they would walk right past you. Also on a daily basis they would run out of options on the menu, I.e chips/fries, toasted cheese and ham sandwicheds and even Ice cream. Staff didn’t seem to bothered or apologetic.

The lighting, both indoors and outdoors, was disappointingly dull, failing to add the desired ambiance. Service Response: A significant issue was the staff’s responsiveness. Getting assistance for in-room dining or general inquiries often required multiple calls or physically visiting the reception, which was inconvenient. Positive Aspects - Resort Activities: On a positive note, the resort excelled in family-oriented activities. The kids’ camp was engaging, and the events near the reception were enjoyable, adding to the holiday spirit. Conclusion: While Ayodya Bali Resort shines in family activities, it falls short in room maintenance and service efficiency. If prioritizing activities and family amenities, it’s a viable option. However, for those valuing room quality and service, exploring other options might be advisable. The resort could significantly improve with attention to these areas.

We stayed here as a family of four in a connecting room. The room was lovely and clean. The facilities around the resort are great and the pool was beautiful. Service was 10/10 and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The downside to our stay was that we noticed on our balcony there were a family of mice had borrowed themselves into the planter in our balcony and we would see them run across the balcony often. We notified staff and they informed us they would send pest control, however never did. We also saw a mouse coming down a post at breakfast.. not the most sanitary at a breakfast buffet. A beautiful resort with lovely staff, however seeing mice run around put a damper on our stay.

Charming Balinese Resort
It's a beautiful property and I'd like to see it again once the renovations have been completed. The rooms are dated but the rest of the property is very charming and kept well maintained. We stayed at the resort for a week and it was one of the best resort we have stayed in. The staff were friendly and always happy to assist. Rooms were serviced on time and the property is gorgeous combining Balinese architecture with modern facilities. We requested a late check out and the staff were more than willing to accommodate our request even though August is on of their busy months. Breakfast was excellent. I would give 10/10 to this property and hope to visit Bali again and stay at Ayodya resort. Thank you staff for making our first trip to Bali such a memorable one. This hotel was terrible, advertised 5 star and I wouldn’t give it a 3 star rating. The hotel was run down, the grounds at beach front unkept. The staff were lazy and an accommodating, not once did a staff member come and ask us if would like any drinks or food around the pool. At checkin we were not given any information on the hotel, even had to ask where we go for breakfast. The hotel advertised multiple restaurants including Japanese and the octopus restaurant which were both closed. The beach club restaurant is maybe 2 star with rude staff. The rooms were outdated, safe not working or even screwed down. TV didn’t work properly or the AC and the room smelt damp. The hotel is massive but barely a quarter of it is in service, there are whole blocks out of service with all the doors left open. Half of the elevators were out of service, gym Is located in a block that was out of service and not being used. Generally grubby all round. Stay away from this hotel, I should have demanded a refund. Expedia should know this information and update their web page to prevent other Expedia customers from using this hotel.

Property was under maintainence and lots of facilities were not available, however the staff were amazing, and the resort itself is very beautiful. The main pool was out-of-order by the infinity pool near the beach was a fantastic replacement. I look forward to returning once the maintainence is complete.

We loved the beach and front fontaine park was also nice the resort as well but it was under renovation some of the parts but it should be renovated and looked after as well as the woods in room was in the wardrobes was from mould
