Three things about this hotel:
1. It needed a good renovation may be 10 years ago so if you are prepared to get into a 90th resort, then welcome! Our room was a mess. It was so dated we were depressed upon late arrival. Paint on walls cracked in places, clogged toilette, old flooring...nothing seemed clean/tidy. A rusty cracks on a bath.
2. Staff was slow and often unsupportive. We travelled with parents and children so asked for two rooms adjacent for us to be closer to parents. They offered us rooms in different villages. Full stop. A lady at reception kept promising another room every day, eventually a room closer to my parents on the ... 4th day of our stay. It just made us stay. It really felt nothing can get done there. Late arrival with children, no bedding was prepared for them at 11pm upon arrival. It took them half an hour to sort it out. Shocking was a sleeping option for kids in our family room. Two of our children (a boy 10 and a girl 5) were offered a small foldable day bed (Parents pls do check bedding options for kids with hotels directly before booking and research, it’s a common over sell in Bali). Thanks my parents could take my son to sleep in their room (...5 minute walk).
3. On a positive note, everything outside of our room and poor service was good - restaurants for dinner, breakfast options, pools, water slide for kids, Nusa Dua beach, walks, swimming was great fun (best in Bali). We spent 7 days at the resort and over all had lots of fun.
