The host was excellent, very generous with her time, giving tips of the area and how to navigate around to maximise your time in Capadocia. Excellent breakfast and great views over the town. This is a slightly quieter area of Capadocia but easy and cheap to get to the main town. I would prefer to stay here and travel into the main town when required.

Wonderful Stay
Sendian Guest House is like visiting my sister’s house! Sana is delightful, informative and an excellent host !! Special bonus are the breakfasts. The place is close to transportation and the river; also near to every attraction in the area. Everyone should get a chance to know her hospitality.

Sendian hotel is in a great location close to the center of Avanos. It is close to public transport that will take you to Goreme and other surrounding areas. Sana is a great host and takes the time to explain the many things to do in the area. Also, her breakfasts are amazing and she is always making new dishes to try. All this with beautiful views from the upstairs patio.

We had a three night stay at Sendian and from the moment we booked, communication from the Guest House was extremely helpful. On arrival our host Sana provided us with local information and arranged a fantastic tour of the area. The views from the room overlooking Avanos was superb and even better views from the roof dining area. Excellent breakfast provided and nothing was to much trouble. Thank you Sana. A clean spacious room which retained the true character of the property which has been renovated to a high standard. We would highly recommend this guest house and intend to return in the future.

Sana and her place are amazing!
Unfortunately we only stayed one night as we had planned to go to Goreme the next day for a couple of nights but looking back we wish we had stayed here longer! The town of Avanos is a lot more relaxing than Goreme which is what we were after. Sana has recently renovated the house and done so to an incredible standard. The rooms are stunning and super comfortable and she even has a rooftop terrace where she prepares you a traditional Turkish breakfast to start your day. Thank you Sana for being so lovely and accommodating, we loved our stay!

Büyük, ferah, temiz ve zevkle dekore edilmiş bir odada kaldık. Kızılırmak manzarası vardı. Kahvaltı mekanı da aynı manzaraya bakıyordu. Mekanın yeri de çok merkezi. Akşam faaliyetleri yürüme mesafesinde yapılabilir. Keyifli bir konaklama yaşadık. Sana hanımın ilgisi için müteşekkiriz.

Hayal kırıklığı...
Arkadaşımızın düğünü için gelip tek gece kaldık. Otelin yorumları çok iyi ve temiz dendiği için tuttuk ancak bizim için hayal kırıklığıydı. Tuvalet temizdi ancak odadaki şifonyer korkunç tozluydu. Sıcaktan odada durulmuyordu ve pervaneli avizeyi çalıştırdık ancak o ne toz... Üstümüz başımız yatağın üstü tamamen pervanelerin kaldırdığı toz oldu. Odada 2 tane kilim vardı ve ikisinin de üstü çok pisti, süpürülmemiş gibiydi. Odada boy aynası gibi bir şey yok sadece normal bir banyo aynası var. Biz üst kattaki sağdan ilk odada kaldık, belki diğer odalar için aynı şeyler geçerli değildir. Tek gece kaldığımız için çok sorun olmadı ama daha uzun süre asla kalamazdık
