"Fantastic hotel Great Staff facilities and location "

"Property was well laid out and actively. A short walk from the room were the dinner venues, swimming pool, and a little further down some sets of stairs, the beach. It was very peaceful and the staff are very helpful. Guest services were happy to ensure our stay was brilliant including little personalised gift for the kids. Anish Naik was fantastic in their restaurant. He was very attentive and helped ensure that everyone had something they would enjoy for dinner. Including those on a strict diet. Helpful and very patient meant that we came back a few times for dinner here. They had a great selection of veg and non veg. Overall a brilliant stay and would recommend without a doubt for couples, young families or extended family trips. "

"The property was beautiful and I had a nice window view for myself and my girlfriend. The food was excellent and the kitchen staff were so kind, approachable, and we had actually come to a point of befriending them as they were familiar with us and our preferred orders. The room was ALWAYS kept clean, and hotel staff were accommodating to ALL of our needs. I would absolutely recommend."

"Overall Experience was not at all Good because first of all Check in was not at all smooth we have to wait for 30 Mins to get our rooms and after 30 mins i have got 1 Room and 1 room after 30 Mins and staff was not at all good and coperative and Later We have visited pool and the pool tiles were broken and we got injury as well. And Service is third class. Buttler comes after 30 Mins ice and glass comes after 30 mins and air conditioning, fridge is too old in the rooms. We have booked ultra luxury room but we are not at all satisfied as we have paid 15k approx and the room doesnt have a good views as well. The room approx cost 7.5k Max and breakfast got over 15 mins before and no hospitality nothing. I have stayed in more than 50 plus 5 star luxury properies i will never recommend you to stay here.
