"It a great value hotel for overnight stay at Mumbai airport Despite the low price, the hotel was in better shape than I expected. The manager received us and addressed us personally through out check in The bell Porter (I forgot the name) who helped us with our luggage was prompt, friendly and professional. Turned up the next day to collect the luggage at the time requested by us during check in. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the night of stay which was good. I just had two minor issues We were given just one room key card. Apparently it’s hotel policy. So in the night I left my wife in the room to visit friends and when I turned up at 1 am requesting to be let in the room, the man at the check in gave me a second key card. Bizzare Hotel Valet arranged a large airport taxi due to size of our luggage @Rs850/- unfortunately all my luggage did not fit so I ordered a similar OLA that arrived promptly for @Rs 186/- to T2 Mumbai All in all, I will recommend this hotel for overnight stay as the staff is pleasant, ‘no’ is never an answer and everyone goes out of their way to help the customers. Plus it’s 5 mins drive to T2"
