There were Cleanliness issues. Bed sheets, pillow covers were not clean. Uncomfortable mattresses. Quilts dirty. Quilt covers and pillow covers oversized. Lifts dirty. Too much noisy. Poor ambience

The property is very very okay. If you get an option in the same cost somewhere else, you might as well choose that. The food is also not at par with the basic standard of a 4 star hotel.

No management . Services very poor. Breakfast buffet 90% items finished before 9:45am though timings were upto 10:30 am.

I hv visited the hotel with my family and friends. the hotel have very decent view and the services are exceptional specially the food and service in cascade well in room service. lots of variety in veg n non veg items.our friends and family enjoyed the swimming pool a long time.we have visited the neemrana fort also sight seeing .i would like to give fool mark for the ramada staff. they have taken care decently. In future i definitly visit ramada neemrana once again

Ramada property is well maintained with excellent Rooms and facilities. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool located on 2nd floor on the highways side is excellent to relax.

Good Staff and Food- But really a torture to stay.
Generally if the staff is good and food is good, experience can't be terrible. But that's not always true. We had booked two rooms. It was our marriage anniversary and we had come woth our 3 yr old kid and parents. We had requested for a quiet room because of kid. Sonce we checked in, there was a loud music going on at swimming pool area and room was vibrating with the din. We were promised that this will go on only till 8. We are all super tired since we had been touring a lot. Anyways, we waited patiently till 8. But then it was 830 and the noise did not stop. When I called reception to enquire we were then told that DJ will stop at 9 pm. Its only at 10 pm that DJ finally stopped. And then at around 1130 pm it started again. We had no energy to complain again and had no choice but endure. We don't know when the DJ stopped because we had slept off amidst the noise. Airtel doesn't catch 3G or 4G. And hotel wifi is pathetic. Half of the time the wifi has no internet and when it does, its too slow to load anything. I have to be fair in this review and say- food is really good. Especially the chicken biryani. Staff is also very courteous, helpful and well trained. The location is remotely located far on the highway and there is nothing much to do there- wifi doesn't work and noise won't allow you to sleep. Pure torture.

Room floor mop stains were visible. Had to request for disposable slippers thrice. Lifts were not sparkling clean. While checking out, receptionist did not give back change money. Neither he had courtesy to say 'sorry we do not have change'

It took nearly one hour to reach there from my conference at neemrana fort ,while at the time of booking it was showing just 3km Second:- they have not yet returned my photo ID (driving license).

Good hotel for a small break
We took a break for a day and went to this place. It was good. We could spend time using the recreational facilities. Food quality could have been better

Bleak front desk coverage at night- not efficient. Breakfast is ok- staff is nice. Springs in bed not comfortable, zen music in halls is nice. Bathtub is stupidly designed- water drips from sides to floor making the whole bathroom wet.

Worst highway hotel in Neemrana...
It was a worst hotel we stayed for one night. We book 3 rooms- one room was stinking( hotel changed the room in 3.5 hrs after so many request),one room ac was not working ( as per the electrician , this room has a master AC which is connected with other 16 rooms , so you have to adjust at a temperature of 16 degree or without ac), 3 room was also poor, but better then other 2 rooms.

Good hotel and food
Hotel is good and newly built, well maintained.Hotel is right on the NH8 Delhi Jaipur Highway. View from room is good, Arawali mountains could be seen from window. Staff is helpful and pleasing.Good quality Dinner but breakfast was just average, may be because of large number of guests on Valentines day.

Please dont bother!
I feel like I was robbed of my money. For such a price you would expect the right number of towels and beds. I would also expect a functioning bar as advertised! I would also expect much better food. Not acceptable at the price!
