The property needs a thourough overhaul. the installations are still fine but poorly maintained. Housekeeping and maintenance should pull their socks up.

Good central location. Hotel is in decent condition with good hot water, strong internet,relatively quiet with very good room amenities like bottled water everyday and an in-room safe. Breakfast is good but not great and service is a little confusing - do you sit and get served or serve yourself.,

Good stay
The reception staff were very helpful. The room was clean but basic. The breakfast was good with attentive waiters. The hotel was near all the local markets & shops & restaurants.

The breakfast time was said to be 6:30 onwards but it didn’t start till 7 and had to rush to another town so the details should have been accurate, the check in was also an issue had already said that 2 adults were check in and the hotel staff had issues with not the main person checking in first.

We were told to be given cake as complimentary and 20% off on food. Cake arrived too late almost when we were slept. Also they didn’t do 20% off on food on their own. Further the pics and facilities shown for the room does not match with the actual room

Everything about this hotel acceded our expectation except the room entry card annoyingly & repeatedly malfunctioned. Had to go down to the lobby numerous times to change. Staff was excellent. We must make special mention of manager Christopher was kind, attentive & very helpful. He made us feel at home.

Highly recommend this hotel to Ahmedabad visitors
Stayed here for 6 days and I really loved it. Apart from courteous staffs and excellent service. I really fell in love with their food. With plenty of choices for breakfast we were almost daily too full to have lunch. Loved their Biryani and gravy chicken items on ala carte menu.

We arrived late at this hotel. And the behaviour of all staff members were good. The room was very clean with a lot of amenities. We arrived during a food festival and we got a chance to taste the Rajasthani buffet menu. Most items in the buffet menu tasted great. The next day we had to do an early checkout and we're provided with a packed breakfast. Very happy to have stayed with this hotel. At least I know where to stay in Ahmedabad the next time I visit Ahmadabad.

Amazing staff, especially Christopher and his team at the front desk. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Located in a nice location although a bit noisy sometimes. The breakfast buffet is really good with many choices. The same for the in room dining. Definitely would come back. Recommended.

Good Hotel value fot money.
Hotel is approximately 12 Km away from from the international airport which is against the hotel but all of following are excellent: Hotel is clean and tidy. Hotel staff and manager are courteous and friendly. Hotel room are kept cool before checking in. All the accessories provided in hotel is as good as five star hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 3am and had to sit in the foyer till 6 and had to pay half a day for the room we had over 16 hr journey and the Manager did not let us in the room

The internet was not working all the time. Very slow speed and sudden drop out. Very poor in terms of internet despite Hotel's claim of superfast internet . Room cleaning and bathroom cleaning needs to be improved. I had booked 2 club rooms. one for myself and wife and other one for my 2 boys as ebooker and hotel failed to outline that there is no twin bed in club room. As we checked in we were told this but children wanted twin beds so shifted to smaller and standard room. We were told by person who made change that we will be charged as standard room only as club room has higher price. we were booked for 10 nights. On checkout they charged us both rooms as club room despite it was not used even for a single minute. We were forced to pay 20% extra money despite staff acknowledging that we were duped but they blamed ebookers and asked us to get difference and refund from them!!. The manager who was contacted seems to be arrogant. I blamed ebooker as well. It seems of a scam to charge exorbitant money from foreign clients as I also find out from friends who were local that charges comparatively were low for them.

Centrally located
The hotel is centrally located and staff & service is good. The standard rooms are very small and difficult for third occupant though the booking website says so. Also the furniture, especially doors & mirror frames need polishing / painting. Otherwise it is a decent hotel with good food.

convenient location and excellent service.
The hotel is quite central in terms of location and its easy to commute from here. The rooms too are nice and spacious along with good interiors. Overall its very clean and the lobby and dining is great too. Food quantity is good. Most importantly the staff is excellent and very polite. Staying here was value for money.
