Service not International standard

Pleasant stay but hotel staff need to adopt service mindset. When guest call for service, response is slow. For check-out, I carried my luggage plus 3 hand carry bags down to reception because no one responded. On my way down to reception, other hotel staff saw my predicament but didn’t bother to extend help simply because it was not their duty. The hotel is not just in heritage but also in hospitality industry but there is not even a bellhop in sight to help. Had a very unpleasant experience in my checking out.
