Definitely recommend this hotel , about a good 10 min walk to the taj and very well worth it. Great pool as well .

The fact that i wasnt alowd to take my Bose speaker into my room to listen to my music. I would not book this hotel again. They should have that on there website that you are not allowed to bring the speaker to the room. also thay want you to pay for room service everytime you ordered anything cannot charge it to the room.

Ground floor ambience is spacious and welcoming. They surprised us with white chocolate version of Taj Mahal replica. Gym is spacious and nice. Several restaurant options. On the cons side, floor hallway carpets were dirty and need professional cleaning. Room carpet area was dirty and needs cleaning as well. Shower drain was clogged. Overall, the Taj at Agra came across as a 3-star for its cleanliness and dated bathrooms.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The main lobby was clean and exquisite. Check in took about 45 minutes. Our room smelled musty and after waking up in the morning, we found our bedding, hair and clothes to be moist. There was water (condensation) dripping from the inside of the windows and room’s walls. There was clearly an issue with the air system in the room.

Infinity pool at the top, programs by Subroto, morning buffet breakfast, lounge area and overall behavior and friendliness of all the employees were brilliant! didnt like- playroom area, few stuffs were outdated and while we were checking in we had to wait for over 15mins before someone entertained us.

Very good value for the money. Did not like how some staff (housekeeping, restaurant) urged us repeatedly to provide reviews of their service on travel site. We understand it’s important but it appeared quite aggressive. The housekeeping manager on our floor kept wanting to put additional toiletries that were neither wanted or needed while we were obviously busy with phone calls to family and recovering from the day’s activities.

Overall the stay was nice, but I wouldnt spend too many nights here. If your planning to see the Taj Mahal and surrounding tourist attractions I would see those and try to leave after one or two nights.

Very nice and comfortable international hotel, walking distance from the Taj Mahal. I would give the restaurants 4 stars, but the hotel itself is 5 star.

More of a 4 * conference venue than 5 star hotel
If I was rating as a 4 star I’d give 4 out of 5 - breakfast was poor, little choice for those who don’t want spicy food for breakfast and nigh on impossible to get a pot of breakfasr tea, you need to find a suited manager to actually achieve this as no self vends apart from one dispenser of chai. The Infiniti bar/restaurant was good and best part about the hotel albeit pool itself freezing. Check in was efficient enough but more suited to delegates at a mass convention, which is the general ambience of hotel rather than a tourist 5 star. No problems with staff however

We had a problem with our room keys. During the stay, the room keys did not work as intended and we had to make many trips to the lobby to get it working. Otherwise everything else was great.
