Everything was boxed off, gretal with family and younger kids, feel safe, plus nice big resort, dining was limited so had to. Catch taxis for meals however easier alternative to. Order online. Abu. Dhabi is nice place, much quieter a slower then dubai.

I had been considering this hotel for quite some time but was always on the fence. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Are they the nicest rooms in Abu Dhabi? No. But the room was clean and spacious (it was a full one-bedroom apartment with a massive terrace) - the staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely book here again.

My favourite little village!
This is one of my favourite places to stay! Chilled out, relaxed atmosphere. Fabulous pools area and facilities. Lovely little shops plus Al seef mall so accessible. Great for a couples retreat or even a nice little family get away.

The property is amazing for families and the staff give a 5* service always but since our previous stay in feb 2020 the property condition has gone down hill. I have expressed this to reception before I left. The property needs serious updating if they are going to compete with other locations but I will return to give it another chance as we always love the family friendly vibe and the amazing service from staff :-) thank you again

Great location and community; really pleasant and secure resort. Plenty of quality food and beverage options within the environs and the staff were really friendly. A super location for young families and the accommodation allows for 'breathing' space. If staying in Abu Dhabi - this is a great option and whilst not being in the heart of the city or Yas, it is conveniently located to get where you need to go.

We really enjoy staying at Al Seef Resort. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. A huge complaint is the communication with the Booking agents and the hotel are lacking and I had to battle to get my booking reinstated after it was cancelled by the hotel. Hey Them at the reception really went out of his way to assist me. The rooms are cleaned every day. The amenities eg cutlery and cooking utensils are scares but we still managed to prepare proper meals in the apartment. A suggestion are that they provide drying racks for the bigger apartments and more crockery and cutlery. The staff at reception went out of their way to assist us with al the preparations to fly back home. They were also willing to help us with all the Covid-19 copies we had to provide at the airport and all our boarding passes. Thank you for a wonderful time at the Resort.
