A nice hotel but service a bit inconsistent. We did not appreciate the hotel trying to charge us for a service they failed to provide and then being argumentative about it at checkout. We will choose a different hotel next time.
Friendly staff, convenience to malls for food and shopping. It will be better for more joint functions with the shopping malls for hotel guests for discount.

First impression wasn't great because you can tell the age of the hotel from the facade. Lobby was impressive ...

Staff were excellent - Jay at the concierge desk was particularly helpful with our multiple requests. We also appreciated and enjoyed the hotel's boat shuttle to the BTS station, which made ...
Pleasantly surprised with the price vs the hotel and room. Highly recommend this location as close to main area and skytrain. Will return next time.

Breakfast was lovely with quite a good spread to choose from. We enjoyed the gym, pool, jacuzzi & sauna facilities. Overall we ...

Service and food were both fabulous and topping it all was the fantastic view of Bangkok from Vertigo and Moon Bar. Layout of the room was very comfortable with the living room separated ...
Checked in and appeared to be sharing with someone else so had to wait a little longer for the room to be sorted. Massive room but was a bit tired in the shower. Looked after us and had a birthday cake in the room. Nice and easy to hop on the boat to get to the nearest BTS.
