Great staff. Very friendly and helpful team

Great price for this close to centre of Paris. Underground parking was safe and owner waited for key fob which made it all 100x easier. Great staff nice place.

This hotel steal money from your credit card

The hotel debited my account with half of the booking charge at the time of booking despite they agreed to receive the full payment at the hotel. Then they charged me the full cost again at check in despite I objected since my initial money charged was not returned. “The receptionist said me we can handle that money later but you have to pay now for check in”. When I inquired later about my cash they said it will be refunded soon. After 4 days from check out when I check with my bank I still can see that they have not refunded my money. When I contacted helpline of hotel.com I was informed that the Hotel has already refunded money back to my account at the time of check in. I then inquired from my bank why the bank didn’t clear this transaction. Bank confirmed me that there was no refund from the hotel. The hotel lies. Please don’t book this hotel despite it is clean enough because they steal your money & not trustworthy to share your credit card details.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The corridors were narrow and tight for two people passing each other. if the cleaning people had their cart in the corridor, you had to wait until they could move it to pass by. The room was surprisingly large and comfortable. I was expecting a smaller room when I saw the size of the corridor. There was plenty of space to open your suitcase, hang shirts on the rod, etc. The property is a couple of blocks away from two busy streets so it was quiet yet restaurants were a short walk away.

Overall, quite disappointing and felt slightly deceived by their photos on this site. Hotel reception was cold and lifeless, the corridor to your room requires you to squeeze through with your luggage (and we had to go through a couple of rounds to get through 4 bags), room has noisy humming lights (you could hear it once you’re about to sleep), no kettle or drinks at all (you can get drinks at the reception but it is an old coffee machine that dispenses only about half a cup of water at a time), the toilet papers are old and grey in color and lastly, the shower/bath tub has a certain strange smell to it. On the bright side, this place is conveniently located near a metro station and you have a small minimart just beside. At night, it is relatively safe but we did hear drunkards rampaging around the area in the wee hours of the morning. Nothing Comfort about this Hotel.
