Renowned chef to offer a gourmet menu in Rome for a limited time

Foodies who wish to take a European vacation next month may want to consider making Rome their destination. For three nights during the month of June, celebrity chef Claudio Sadler - who holds two Michelin stars - will offer a unique menu at the Brunello Lounge and Restaurant in the Regina Hotel Baglioni.
Chef Sadler is the owner of three restaurants - two in Milan and one in Beijing - and has authored many cookbooks. He also runs a catering service that is known for its creative Italian cuisine. His creations are said to satisfy even the most discerning palate, and are enjoyed all over the globe from Japan to the U.S.
Chef Sadler is “one of the greatest interpreters of Italian cuisine in the world," said Marco Milocco, the general manager of the Regina Hotel Baglioni. "His creations are inspired by traditional cuisine that has been enriched and improved with innovative trends and techniques without forgetting its philosophy founded on refined taste."
Food lovers who are interested in a vacation to Italy may enjoy this special event in Rome. Chef Sadler will showcase his creations from June 15 to the 17.
