Nice hotell
Enjoyed the hotel. Nice pool, beautiful green area and a short walk to a fantastic beach. But if you want to do daily sightseeing trips, it’s far away from everything.

SOME FACTS NOT DISCLOSED BY THIS HOTEL
We had booked a cab through a friend in goa whom we knew for us to go around the city. However later we found that we could not use this cab as there was a "Taxi Union" which only allowed us to use the taxi’s/ cabs booked through this resort which were three times more expensive than the market rates. THE RESORT SHOULD MAKE THIS KNOWN TO THE GUESTS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. Also some of the resort staff have an attitude. However they did later apologise on demand, (infact the management sent a complimentary bottle of wine and fruits to apologise) but that leaves a bad impression and could screw up your holiday.

Terrible experience
We were there for a 2 night stay. The first day our room had stained bedsheets and the turn-down service was completely forgotten by the hotel staff. The AC was stuck at a really low temperature and we called maintenance at 11 pm. A man came and said that the AC was fixed but in reality, it wasn’t. After a really uncomfortable night, we switched off the AC only to be woken by buzzing mosquitoes. We asked the hotel to change our room which was done. One of the evenings had a ’happy hours’ special of buy one drink get one free at ’Fins’ which we availed of. However, when the bill came we had been charged for 2 drinks instead of 1. After informing them and refusing to pay, they reluctantly reversed the charges for one drink. On the night before departure, we asked about the complimentary drop off which was earlier promised to us by a lady at the reception and we were unpleasantly surprised to be informed that we would not get the complimentary drop off as it was not included in our package. By this time we had released the car we had come in and had almost no choice but to pay a lot since Varca is quite deserted and getting transport there is problematic. All in all, a really unpleasant way to spend a holiday. Poorest service I have ever seen in a hotel. Rest assured, we hope never to return there.
Walk 2 minutes out of Radisson and take a taxi from there since the price obtained from these taxis is far cheaper than the hotel’s rate.
