Nice hotel but can’t hear the TV
When we got to our room, we had two double beds when I had asked for a king...we immediately went back to the front desk and requested what we had asked for and they had no problem moving us to another room (it was not busy at all, so there were plenty of open rooms). The only complaint we had was that we could NOT hear the tv when the air conditioner was running (the volume seemed to be set to a certain point) when the air conditioner was on, you couldn’t hear the tv at all...if you don’t watch tv, it won’t be a problem...but for those of us who like to relax at night with the tv on, it is VERY difficult to hear with the volume all the way up and therefore very frustrating. Otherwise our stay was just fine.

Perfect, will go back again
We really enjoyed staying at Hampton Inn, My two kids enjoyed the breakfast every morning and they offer hot coffee and tea all day. We were pleased with our stay at Hapton Inn

CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK
THIS WAS A TWO THUMBS UP EXPERIENCE AND I HAD NO IDEA THAT IT WOULD BE SO NICE WHEN I BOOKED THE HOTEL. I WENT TO PALM DESERT ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND FOR A WEDDING. ALL MY FRIENDS STAYED AT AT A MORE EXPENSIVE HOTEL AND I DECIDED TO STAY SOME PLACE ELSE. I WAS THE LUCKY ONE! THE FOLKS AT THE FRONT DESK WERE SO KIND AND HELPFUL TO ME AND EVEN SUGGEST A GREAT PLACE FOR ALL OF US TO DINE PLUS THEY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT CARD TO USE FOR 20% OFF OUR ENTIRE BILL. I WILL GO BACK!
