Dont stay at the family room, it only have one bathroom.
We have family of 4, booking for a family room because it have two bedrooms inside, I thought, it will be convenience for kids to stay together but it end up inside the family room have only one bathroom, 4 of us have to share, it take long time to finish our morning. At night, the last person use the bathroom was not very happy. Middle of night, kids have to pass by our bedroom to use the bathroom, what a night !

Great hotel, great location near Butik Bintang, Kuala Lumpurs shopping district
Overall the hotel was excellent, well-deserving of the high praise it receives on many travel websites. Our room was as pictured/described on the website, we reserved a room on a higher floor so we could also have access to the eLounge for free Internet each day. As part of our room stay booked through Expedia we received vouchers for the breakfast buffet each morning. Good choices and good food. The only negative for us was the Activites desk. On arrival we wanted to visit a particular area so asked the Activities desk to get us a taxi. He told us he was getting us a great "deal" as it would normally be 25 ringgit, we would only have to pay 22. After we were dropped off in totally the wrong location, we found out from a street taxi driver that the ride, if metered, would only have cost about 11 ringgit. We talked to the Activities desk person on our return to the hotel and he proceeded to throw what I can only call a hissy fit. We also asked the cost for transport to the airport and were told 130 ringgit EACH. We had already booked our total travel to the airport and paid less than 20 ringgit each. DO NOT USE THE ACTIVITIES DESK - it is a blatant rip-off and a terrible blemish on an otherwise excellent hotel.

Good Hotel for Money
Free room upgrade, so that was great. Room was very clean and location was relatively good; not far from the Bintang walk. Very good breakfast.
