Three Seasons

Hotel’s decor and facilities are out-dated and worn, which is surprising given our prior experience with Four Seasons. The staff and service are worthy of the brand, but the facilities are badly in need of an upgrade and an update.

can’t wait to go back.

The hotel and rooms were very nice and large. The food at the Italian restaurant was ok but the chinese restaurant by the pier (close by) was awesome for dinner and dim sum. Canary Harf is very far from central London but there is a great Thames Clipper boat that was able to take us on a scenic route to cenral London.

Could do better.

Lovely Hotel, great position. We went to check in at 3PM, but were told romm wasn’t ready!!, which after then waiting 45 mins, lost most of the afternoon. We were actually forgotten about and had to evntually insist we had our room. For the price, I would have expected better than this. However, the hotel did sort out the problem, and we enjoyed our brief stay there. I think you can get better service elsewhere for the money. The views from our room were spectacular, and the staff were all very friendly.

Traveller's tip on local attractions

Great location for having a look round Canary Wharf, and the O2 ARENA. We saw a concert at the Arena, and then spent the morning around the wharf, and the shops. Loads to see, and a very vibrant atmosphere. If you like modern buildings, then here is the place to go. Loads of places to eat and sit and have a coffee, and watch the world go by. A small world of it’s own.
