Will not stay at any Novotel Again
Very disappointed with the room. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We had to pay 50 euro deposit to use the iron which was ridiculous. When we complained, it guest relation came to explain the policy of the hote. Very very disapointed. Location is 15 minutes walk from Bir Hakiem station. Not a convenient location, only close to the Eiffel tower.

Very impressed would definately go back
Arrived on 14th July 2010 (Bastille Day). Found the hotel easily and the indoor parking (25€). Very nice and clean hotel inside. Check in took a while though was quite busy. Our room on the 17th floor was great, we had 3 windows in our room, one which had an amazing view over the Seine and one where you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower (a bonus!). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free for the kids but quite expensive at 22€ each for the adults but you did have a choice of 3 restaurants in the hotel to choose from to have breakfast, and having said that it was very nice buffet breakfast and was in the end quite happy to pay it. We booked the hotel due to the proximity to the tower which was a 15 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would definately go back.
