With a discount then "go", full price "No Way"

The hotel looked very nice upon entrance. We got our room at a discount and were given a low end room with a view of the roof below and their air conditioning units. So using our balcony was pointless. The hotel was barely full, yet they gave us a low quality room. The pool was nice, clean, and not crowded. The restaurant was empty the entire stay Friday and Saturday with the exception of the continental breakfast. That should speak volumes. We did try to eat dinner there one night. The menu selection was poor and over priced. Not a kid friendly restaurant. We ate at Applebees instead. Overall, a nice place to stay when you have a discounted room and plan to dine elsewhere. definitely not somewhere you want to camp out or the weekend.

Would book again.

The hotel staff was very friendly but short handed. We were there in August when it is low season - but the hotel didn’t tell us they were understaffed. They didn’t have bar service at the pool - if I had known to expect this it wouldn’t have been so irritating. However, all of the staff that were there were extremely nice. The bathrooms are super big and nice and the upgraded room was plenty big.
