“Excellent break”

We got this hotel through Expedia at a very good rate for a long weekend. The hotel was excellent and terrific value. Breakfast (included) was good with a good choice of food. Evening meals were good value with a reasonable choice of dishes available. Bars and resaurants were within walking distance (10-15 mins)

Stayed for weekend visiting family so used hotel as a base Couln't fault a thing Will be staying at the Marriott "Swindon" on future visits to the area.

“Lovely Hotel for a base in the Cotswolds”

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the service at the reception was first class. I was looking for some info on where to visit and the guy on reception showed me some leaflets and also told me to visit Avebury which was only 20mins away. The service in the bars was attentive, a little pricey though. Facilities like the changing rooms for the pool were spotless and classy. Lovely hotel, couldn't recommend it more.

Our trip to the Marriott in Swindon was an exceptionally good one. The room was both clean and maintained to the best standard, very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the food was great.

Enjoyed our stay. Only had breakfast at the hotel as there were Christmas parties going on everywhere. The food at the buffet was excellent with plenty of choices for people who dont enjoy an English breakfast. Disappointed that I didn't know I could have had pancakes as no menus on the breakfast tables. Happened to see someone eating pancakes as I left the restaurant on our last morning. The receptionist who welcomed us at checkin was very helpful. She was able to answer all our questions and more. Her name being Elaine Downs I think. The restaurant staff were also friendly and welcoming.

I stayed at the Marriott for 2 nights with my partner, we were attending a family wedding. The hotel was in a great location within a short walk to the town centre with plenty of bars and restraunt's. The staff did everything to help you and were very friendly. Also the breakfast was superb with something to suite everyone's needs. I would definitely stay here again!
