"I NEVER STAYED IN THIS AREA OF LONDON BUT THE MANDEVILLE HOTEL WAS A WONDERFUL TREAT. THE CONSIERGES WERE KIND AND HELPFUL, THE BREAKFASTS DELISH, THE ROOMS VERY COMFORTABLE AND UPDATED. I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING"

"The staff and the rooms were perfect for our girls trip! The only thing is the hotel bar..not so much.. no one could help at the bar. The front desk was very helpful and concierge was very helpful. It’s a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping all in walking distance to all the major tourist spots. "

"Great location being just a two minute walk from Marble Arch station and Hyde Park. Hotel is well run and very modern. Just one minor gripe - not enough lifts which can mean long waits. There are stairs, but they are difficult to find often being hidden behind unlabelled brown doors. Would definitely stay there again if I ever needed to."

"I'm not usually into the luxury hotel scene but wanted someplace safe and quiet as I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. This checked all the boxes, super safe neighborhood and although I was disappointed by getting an inside room without a view, it was super quiet. BBC headquarters is nearby which means even extra security on the street. The hotel was luxurious and beautiful. Our room was cleaned at least 2x daily. We had a daily fruit platter in our room and shortbread cookies. Lovely tea, coffee and water service in the room was complimentary. Easy walking access to Oxford Circus, shopping, etc.. Some good dining options in the area. Easy to get anywhere in the city or to airport from here. Recommended for peace of mind."
