It was quite, but i never got fresh towels, when i got to the room there was a half used toilet paper, not a fresh roll, there was a woman's hair on my sheets.

I so wanted to give this place high marks because the staff was so friendly and helpful. But the room wasn't very clean, never had housekeeping the three nights we were there. And didn't know the pool was permanently closed until the night before when we called to confirm the room.
This is a nice hotel closely associated with Homewood Suites across the way. Even the parking is shared with Homewood Suites, and the breakfast is held there too. Newly renovated hotel, nice stay. Its close to Union Market for food options.
This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We had to wait 2.5 hours to check in. The staff did not seem to know what they were doing and the room was lacking. The manager said she would comp us the paid parking for the two-night stay but when it came time to check out the woman at the front desk couldn't get it off the bill. The coffee machine in the room was missing parts and the elevators weren't working for guests when we did finally check in. Everyone seemed like they hadn't been working there long. The janitorial staff were actually the most helpful people on site because they helped us with the elevators and where to park. Do not recommend. The Motel 6 next door is probably a better stay for just a little less.
Logged in to website to check on reservation and saw hotel was closed. Spent 45 minutes talking to hotels.com via chat, not even a person, to make sure I would not get charged. Finally received a cancellation notice the day before my reservation. The communication was terrible until I reached out. Second time this has happened.
We found the room very spacious, comfortable, clean and presentable. The only complaints are, we wish there were additional glasses by the bathroom sink and found the sofa bed really lacking plus the blanket was stained.
Afraid to turn ceiling fan on in the room!!! Dust in clumps was hanging from it There was only one root beer soft drink in the market section. The rest of the case was empty.
We arrived on Wednesday for a four day stay. Our garbage was not emptied until friday. Guests should not have to place their garbage outside their doors because of inadequate room cleaning service. Even if the sheets aren't changed daily the garbage should be emptied and clean towels offered.
The hotel was following covid guidelines. This made us feel safer in our travels. Conveniently located close to NoMa metro station. Free shuttle service within a mile radius. Friendly and courteous customer service. First time in DC and everything was great!

The stay was great, we were transferred from the other hotel property because it was closed. The African American male who checked us in was professional, and took care of the problem getting our room, he is a great employee!
I loved that I was given an upgrade to the Hilton across the Street. I had a little kitchenette and complete with cooking utensils along with a microwave. I was able to cook a small meal that evening to eat.
Overall everything was good. The desk staff are working hard to do their best in trying times. My only complaint is that they moved my reservation to the Homewood Suites building on the same property, but did not notify me prior to arrival.
Towels had hair, i slept with no covers because there was no one at the front desk. I also calle and there phone on 413 didnt work! Ac/ heater unit air had an awful smell, was really not worth the stay
The staff that works in the evening and at night are extremely rude. Other than that the hotel is very clean and nice.

No shower curtain in room upon check in. Food was left in the microwave from previous guest. So the room smelled like fish. Other than that, the stay was OK
