One night stay here while doing road trip around South Island. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Only negative would be walls very thin, you could here snoring from another room, and a very loud conversation from room next door before 7am.

Lovely spot with best gym facilities we have ever seen. No time to use pool and spa pool sadly. The offered WiFi is however very substandard so don’t rely on it for use. Without this a great spot in the most wonderful town.

Another great stay at this hotel, lovely big rooms, seperate bedroom. All like new, very clean and well maintained. Conveniently located in wanaka. Will stay here again. Thanks!

We have stayed at this property few times over the past 15yrs. The rooms need updated the tv in bedroom didn't work unless we had a DVD which who these days has that. The tv was attached to the wall & pointing the bathroom we couldn't watch in bed easily even if it was working which wasn't ideal considering how tired we were we wanted to lay in bed with tv. The carpet edge to bathroom had nails exposed which we found by standing on them wasn't impressed. The bathroom door has not been cleaned which is disgusting with all the hands that touch it. The couch needs a good clean also you can see the filth. So this time would say unimpressed. Only one large heated pool available & the temperature has been set low so I wouldnt class it as heated it use to be so much nicer 😔 we booked for the pools and it was a let down too cold to be in

Nice property and very helpful staff. The WIFI was terrible and only useful in the very early hours of the morning between 2am and 5am.

Great spacious apartment style accommodation with everything you need. We only stayed one night but it has everything needed for longer stays. Professional service on check in and check out. The communal areas are really nice, really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, lovely to soak in as the sun went down. Had dinner at the onsite restaurant with lovely service and reasonably priced food. A good morning walk down to the Wanaka lakefront took about 30 minutes.

Not within walking distance cbd. Easy parking. Could be cleaner cob webs on walls. Old and worn looking. Heated pools not working but apparently fixed after. Noisy. Clearly a 2 story townhouse that has been converted to self contained room downstairs and 2 separate hotel type rooms upstairs. Hence rooms not soundproof to the point you can hear people going to the toilet upstairs- right above bed. 3 star property.

The room was very small, no insulation / sound proofing, I could hear the attached room occupant take a pee, wash there hands and even close or open there door😳. No AC and 6 channels on the 📺. We had a dirty towel hanging on the back of our door when we checked in. The bed was ok. We paid less for other places during our 3 weeks in NZ and got a lot more. I would not recommend this place.

Nice pool area, room spacious, modern, bed good, washing machine and dryer a great plus. Staff at reception friendly but not properly trained. I.e they told me they would not serve breakfast due to staff shortage,yet it turned out the following morning there had been breakfast.

There was no AC. The TV did not work well. The toilet seat was so cheap/thin it snapped in half. The shower head was VERY low (for a child?). Our room adjoined a larger complex that we could hear conversation through, and smell what they were eating. No ice. Overall, things appeared 'run down'. We were booked for two nights, but it was so bad, we checked out a day early - no refund offered because booked through Expedia. They didn't seem to even care. Would highly NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Everything shown on website did not look close to the room we actually got. Felt ripped off. Very unhappy customer, not a good experience.

Room was not made up on arrival, walked into a mess! They gave me another room. Middle of summer and No air conditioning so slept with the windows open. Mosquitos started biting at 1.00am, no sleep, this was a crappy night!

The resort was really good for the pools, the relaxing feel to it, and just out of the busy heart of Wanaka. It was a great place to relax after a few days of tramping.
